I just sent the following to IR titled "Fiduciary Duty"Messrs Pryde/KutiYour continued refusal to update your Shareholder base is unacceptable. Being we are now past mid July it's is clear that any relist in September is yet another false dawn.Angola is clearly the issue and you have a duty to impart information good or bad in a timely manner so as shareholders can make informed decisions on the state of their investment. You may wish to think you can hide behind the cloak of being an unlisted private company. However you do nothing to dispel the rumours of fraud or scam so one must begin to wonder if there is truth in such rumours. The FCA and the SFO represent and advocate for shareholders private and public. The shareholder base is left no option but to potentially explore these avenues in order to seek redress.I demand an immediate full and unflinching summary of the company position. I also demand monthly communications with clear and concise updates going forward .

Total stalemate Drosso.Nobody is being suckered in by the rumour mill and we are totally in the hands of Bobo and co or whoever runs Tende..Until they decide to update there is nothing to discuss and even when they update thete is little confidence around what they tell us.

Swayed by promises of fully funded transformational deals. Sherl0ck`s idea of a business masterclass book has turned into a sequel to Alice in Wonderland. Welcome to the Mad Hatter`s Tea Party where nobody is quite what they seem, overlooked by the ever-smiling, ever-knowing-nothing Cheshire Bick and a ragbag bunch of suited cronies whose capacity for inventing fairy tale messages is limitless.

On 1st July I sent an email to Companies House asking what reason had been given by Tende Energy plc for requesting an extension to their accounts filing deadline from 30th June to 30th September 2024. Today I have received a reply from Companies House to say that under the Freedom of Information Act this information cannot be released.

So there we have it!

Significant developments are going on behind the scenes. The huge issue with our bunch of charlatans is the refusal to make timely announcements, so leaving us pretty much completely in the dark. Be sure that anything that comes from the inside which relates to a version of future events is a distraction, a red herring, even a downright lie.

Now working out of Dubai, just what is it that they are so keen to have covered up, yet brings in the likes of Geddes, McMurtrie and the latest big noise top dog who is joining the party?

No response from ir@tendeenergy so far. Last time several shareholders collectively sent emails to them we got a response within a day or two. Not this time, so perhaps we are being ignored, marked as a bunch of nuisances!

No point writing to the FCA, as far as I can see they don't support shareholders. You buy shares at your own risk!!

There are lots of occasions where the FCA has fined the companies for various types of breaches. The problem with that is that it is the shareholders who suffer for the malfeasances of the directors and managers.

It's unlike you to let these off the hook Dr Rosso. There seems to have been a concerted effort since the All Gone Mental to play this down considerably, silence the crowd. You don't normally silence easy. It seems you've been looped into the circle of BS to keep you quiet.

Let's hope your right Dr Rosso. I sincerely hope someone is not using you as a conduit to alleviate shareholder descent. Your post has released the pressure valve temporarily. Is the information from a trusted source ?

Here is the article I believe Solarno was referring to re Linda Cook & Harbour.I note they are on the look out for overseas projects. Be lovely if they slapped a big wad down for Tende but probably wishful thinking . Besides, we have to complete on Angola before anything can happen ....27 months and counting. Hope springs eternal! This is MONEY 14 Jul 2024 North Sea oil giant Harbour Energy stays in Vietnam Harbour Energy announced the deal with Vietnamese group Big Energy last year The biggest oil producer in the North Sea has ditched plans to sell its Vietnamese arm to a local company for £65million. Harbour Energy announced the deal with Vietnamese group Big Energy last year and expected to complete it by this summer. But the FTSE 250-listed group has pulled out and The Mail on Sunday understands it is seeking a higher price. Harbour is keen to quit Vietnam and boss Linda Cook last year said it would like to focus on other countries. It also works in Norway, Indonesia and Mexico. It is the biggest oil and gas producer in the North Sea, but it began pinning its hopes on overseas projects after the last government imposed a windfall tax on UK energy company profits. The levy was brought in after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine sent oil and gas prices soaring, hitting households with higher bills. Labour said in its manifesto it would bring in a further crackdown on North Sea producers by raising the total tax burden from 75 to 78 per cent and removing investment allowances. Last year Harbour saw the bulk of its profit wiped out by taxes. On the Vietnam deal, in a prospectus for investors, Harbour said it ‘exercised its right to terminate’ the initial sale deal on May 13, adding: ‘Harbour intends to reassess its options with regards to realising the best value from its Vietnam business.’ Https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/markets/article-13630771/North-Sea-oil-giant-Harbour-Energy-stays-Vietnam.html
