Rather than argue with one and other suffering holders (by default we are all long suffering).

I am sure that in the next 6 weeks, it will be 5 years since delist.

Members' power to require directors to call general meetings (sec303 - sec304)
The directors must call a general meeting if so requested by the holders of 5% of the voting shares (or 5% of the voting rights if there are no shares). (The figure was reduced from 10% to 5% by the Companies (Shareholders' Rights) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/1632), reg. 4(2).
The request for the meeting must state the general nature of the business to be dealt with and may include the text of a resolution to be moved at the meeting (provided the resolution would not be ineffective (e.g. under the Act or because contrary to the company's articles, etc., and provided it is not defamatory, frivolous or vexatious).
If the request is properly made, the directors must within 21 days call the meeting for a date not more than 28 days after the date of the notice calling the meeting. If the request included a proposed resolution, that must be included in the notice, which will then be part of the business that can be conducted at the meeting. (If it is a special resolution, the notice of the meeting must say so, in accordance with sec283, above.)

'Yes'...I looked at that this morning...and it's all changed since.(It looks a lot 'rosier' now than it did earlier on today...I nearly posted the earlier version...then changed my mind....however, it looks a lot 'healthier' now....Maybe something in the wind?...a bit of 'deck clearing' perhaps.)

Hi. There's been an update on Tende Energy Angola Limited in the last 24 hours:
Shareholders/Group Structure




Endole on overtime today.

Since June 2022, TEA shareholding has consisted of just 2 shares @ £1 each.
Whatever the change is, it is not yet showing at Companies House.


Last we heard was that the Company was about to start acting within the rules.
21/06/2024 "The company confirms that its intended future activities are lawful."

My own personal indication that all's going well would be a rush to clear the JP site of all offered shares at 2p mid price......(not happening ..yet)

Companies credit scores are consistently assessed and you can sign up to alerts on several platforms ... normally need an account. We use creditsate at work I'll look it up but these scores change all the time based on bc a variety of factors .. mainly published accounts but also CCJs court cases etc
