Agree with you there HT about being the last bet,probably the same for most on here as none of us are young any more,and will be a lot simpler to invest in funds,investment trusts or sp500 when hopefully this concludes

.In my opinion, the downside to this company is that it's not a case of 'horses for courses'...Bankers trying to run an O@G operation, is a strange mix and you have to ask yourself....is to working?.

I appreciate that this is not an easy 'game' to be in, but you have to sympathise with those that have millions of Warrants, including the largest being 26,666,667 @ 1.5p about to expire on July 31st, knowing that until the Accounts are published in September, the relist, cannot go forward thereby making these Warrants worthless.(I sometimes wonder if this is due to circumstances or design).

A passing thought had occurred to me....(only my opinion of course).. Odey Asset Management were classed as 'Cornerstone Investors'...implying that they would be crucial to the IPO process,(ref below) which in turn suggests that this was how 'Tende' intended to finance the debt element of the ATOG funding as stated on the website.If, due to the Crispin debacle, Odey Management insisted that their investment be refunded....where does that leave the IPO process.....etc?

The problem is that the bod live in a different universe to us mortals.. During 2022, they paid themselves $543,202 Bonuses for the 'successful completion of the OML65 transaction'....yet more than two years later, still not a drop of oil produced. The 'bonuses' should have been paid out of oil sales as are all funding repayments....not 'let's milk the funder on this one'.
