17/4/2024 19:36 | It's in Africa. Most countries there are poor. Its not the Cote d'azur. I wonder if these clowns tried to renter the well drilled in 1986 and it went wrong as Sirius did tell the potential partner at the time not to go and renter but to drill a new area. This corruption is what we are dealing with in this country. Its a bad idea to invest money into this sort of firm. We only have ourselves to blame and lesson learned. | xerot
17/4/2024 17:25 | interesting video, though no mention of the culprits it seems | witchywoo

17/4/2024 12:47 | Indeed. Highlighting JPJ error, hopefully that’s their last and only one! | futureisbright
17/4/2024 12:36 | Loan conversion in Oct 2023 meant another 430m shares issued, hence now 5.25bn. | dr rosso
17/4/2024 12:30 | JPJ showing 4.82 billion shares in issue. Great post Dr, a much needed reminder for many, especially me. | futureisbright
17/4/2024 12:08 | Its job is to hold the share price steady at 2p. In order to do so, trading has to be strictly limited. With the no. of current shares in issue fixed at 5.2bn, it makes for a smoother process in the transition whereby a new entity enters to take over ownership and control of Tende Energy. The new acquirer will certainly be wanting the Angola assets secured and of course the various stakeholders in 18/31 will be dd checking the prospective newcomer before approval. Partial issue of a batch of low-cost new ipo shares will ensure the transfer of control. Res 4 ensured that up to an additional 3bn can go out. A small number may be set aside for existing retail investors to participate. Once the above completes, everything on-field swings into action ie Cosmos, OML 65. The development funding is in place, as are the management leadership teams. This is all about the handover of control. I suspect that the only one left standing of the current BoD bunch will be Kuti, continuing in his role of identifying further asset acquisitions. | dr rosso
17/4/2024 11:42 | Anyone worked out why Jpj is so special yet? | bumhammer
17/4/2024 10:49 | All part of the process of getting back to market imo. Name change, IPO generate some interest rather than simple relist. Although if JP is a company tool and suppressing trading you'd have to take any information from them with a pinch of salt. Not my view ... just passing on what they've been told | sirianbotham
17/4/2024 10:28 | which would likely include a placing , maybe discounted, for existing shareholders. Hello guys, fancy some more confetti? Discounted to 2p on a 10p relist and I'm in, I may even thank them!! | bestdeal1
17/4/2024 10:26 | Sounds like it Bron. Still, that's not quite the same thing as a take-out. | vatnabrekk
17/4/2024 10:07 | IPO .selling a part of the company by issuing new stock. Big buyer waiting in the wings. | bronislav
17/4/2024 10:02 | Yep, everything seems to hang on Angola! | vatnabrekk
17/4/2024 10:01 | I read this that they have been planning IPO as part of the relist, had a book lined up in anticipation of closing Angola . So buying on the "open" market i.e JPJ, slowed off as those potential buyers expected a spot in the IPO. That is essentially delayed because of the delay in closing Angola. But it seems that maybe some of those buyers remain interested outside IPO and still in anticipation of Angola anyway. Fingers crossed but still comes back to Angola for major movement | bestdeal1
17/4/2024 09:53 | Bsg, don’t say the quiet part out loud!! | futureisbright
17/4/2024 09:48 | 'My money was safe in the bank'.....maybe you should have invested it in the mighty John Wood....rather than some 'dodgy' AIM company. | htrocka2
17/4/2024 09:33 | IPO as opposed to a relist? | bsg
17/4/2024 08:59 | Thanks the Bottom peice is from JPJ directly ? | rpat2
17/4/2024 08:56 | I asked JPJ if Tende were still active because there had been no trades in a while. "This is because they were planning to IPO and getting things lined up but this has been put on slight hold i believe We have lots of interest still and large potential buyer we are waiting on" | bestdeal1
17/4/2024 08:49 | So we just have to hope that they manage to complete Angola soon. | vatnabrekk
17/4/2024 08:33 | The comment yesterday made me laugh.. your money is safe ffs it's not safe it's gone not there no access zero!My money was safe in the bank and now would be making 5% this is making zero percent at a 100% loss basically unless these clowns relist. | aventador |
