15/4/2024 12:20 | Bron, what I'm referring to as the endgame is basically which ever way this might end, which is probably either re-list or take-over. As you know, I believe that it will re-list, although I would be very happy with a take-over because then I would be out of this nightmare! | vatnabrekk
15/4/2024 11:32 | As far as I'm concerned, endgame is access to my money that's tied up here. Re-list or t/o achieves that. | dr rosso
15/4/2024 11:06 | Vatnabrekk so you agree its an endgame...hmmm!.what do you mean by endgame.? | bronislav
15/4/2024 10:49 | Perhaps they thought Pingray, a world poker champion, was bluffing. | dr rosso

15/4/2024 10:26 | OK Bum, I should have said no further delay in getting shot of this court case. I didn't mean no further delay with the whole end-game. I thought that would have been fairly obvious without me having to explain it. Dipstick. | vatnabrekk
15/4/2024 10:13 | 'Sounds as if Tende are just going to comply, which means there should be no delay.' So why didn't they settle out of court?...Could be more to this than meets the eye. | htrocka2
15/4/2024 10:13 | No delay?Thats, what we have currently have been in for months and months you dip stick | bumhammer

15/4/2024 05:55 | Well done Doc . Thing is, they know that this board is aware of the situation, they know you can request info. Why not have the good grace to inform shareholders of a very important issue. Speaks volumes unfortunately. | heliman2
14/4/2024 21:17 | LM-2024-000089 I have emailed to request case detail from the London Circuit Commercial Court. All Court hearings are public and transparent, so should find out what the claim is for. I suspect that Omega duly transferred their 164m shares in accord with a contractual agreement but in true Sirius fashion our Company or its Associate failed to pay up, maybe alleging that the $4m handed over previously was in full settlement. Alternatively, litigation in person suggests, as respondent, they'll simply hand over what is owed. Bigger events on the horizon mean that they won't want this inconvenience hanging over them any longer than necessary. | dr rosso
14/4/2024 20:53 | What another delay on the delay on the other delay for the delay and other failed deals delays and delays fml maybe 2030 might see some more promised delays to look forward to.Back to sleep & back to the 9-5 earn a pittance, no such thing as get rich schemes and this is proof, get poor quick more like! | aventador
14/4/2024 20:39 | To add to everything else, we've now got to wait for the outcome of this Court debacle....which now takes precedence over all other matters. (just as you think the sun is begining to shine....a rain cloud appears) | htrocka2
14/4/2024 14:06 | I wonder who ticked Oliver's post down there. I mean, of all the harmless posts, you know, it comes to us all, can't be young bucks forever... 🤣 talk about touchy. 😂🤣 | riskybisky
14/4/2024 14:05 | Word from the board at the AGM was that they had their arms very firmly twisted to proceed with the ATOG deal | rugbybloke
