I have no connections with any of the directors, I have never met any of them, and never communicated with them. So kindly give up this nonsensical accusations ace. It is not very nice to be accused of dishonesty and deceit by someone who knows absolutely nothing about me, or by anyone else for that matter.

Besides, as the shares are delisted and not trading, what possible gain could I have to try to deceive my fellow shareholders? I am as frustrated with this company as everyone else.

So pack it in, enough is enough.

I remain of the opinion that this is a 5-year plan, hatched by Neal in 2018, commencing in 2019 with bond funding in place for long-term field developments.

Kuti the Investment Consultant engaged to indentify and acquire the assets. Each of Nigeria and Tunisia has been picked up for virtually nothing, adding Angola with rapidly diminishing debt finance requirement that'll be down to zero within another 6 months.

Triple portfolio secured on behalf of Trafigura and ANO. Investor associates suitably sorted through lashings of confetti. Forget the re-list blah blah. Decks cleared. Complete the sale process. In total silence. Still thinking 10p turns Tende into a subsidiary of ANO, which will take charge of all drilling on OML 65.

If you were genuine vanta you could just go to the FCA or the authorities,Lazy Jack is probably to lazy to read emails
Have you been given cheap shares over the years or do you like latching on to people to get info from them and in return you have to deceive investors
I’m not amused by your games as my money has been tied up for way to long now

I know of one slimey character on this BB ace and it's not me.
Who's paying you to discredit anyone trying to get a group of shareholders to put a joint complaint to the BoD?

Tende must have a huge group waiting in the wings to ensure it would be counterproductive to screw tende over.Maybe Mcdade from Afentra picking up a significant role .i would assume our directors will ride off into the sunsrt with a big payday on the back of their shareholdings.

The full murky story of how ATOG was set up to take the Tunisia portfolio off the hands of MedcoEnergi for a knockdown fee. In due course the same Tunisian authorities shafted ATOG, paving the way for Tende to step in and pick up the assets for next to nothing.

What is transpiring is that there is a Trafigura-led consortium co-ordinating the funding of operations in each of Nigeria, Tunisia and Angola. Tende at the heart of the process. Who the ultimate beneficiary is remains to be seen. MedCo's recent charge satisfaction and this week's Omega pay-off via the court take us 2 steps closer towards endgame.

Drrosso.before our AGM it looked like we might be connected..Most definately now .Everyone can have their opinion and thats mine.letsvsee what unfolds but its obvious it was dedtined for Q1 and its run over a bit.Afentra market knows or at least enough and some jumping on the badwagon on the back of the angolan sign off which in my view was done slong with ours..timing on takeover is out of our hands but it must be close to pacify Omega.

Bron. Are you anticipating that Afentra's imminent further acquisition stake in Block 03, this time from Azule, has some sort of consequence for Tende? Trafigura features strongly throughout. I have been told to expect a "significant event", one which has implications for ops in both Angola and Nigeria. Links with Dubai and Houston to become apparent in due course. Ex-Aramco big noise Louise Hough didn't pop in to the agm to sit snuggled up to Sherl0ck on the off-chance of picking up a snippet.

Obvious that Q1 was expected even from some of the naysayers.Omega will have been pacified.Afentra also held up and its fair to assume its not angola sign off holding things up.A matter of weeks say Afentra and it will be the same voice as Tende..Be glad to get shut of this head blag.lets hope jptrio is correct with his 42p and kind of sits well with the Afentra share price Afentra share price being held onto as best they can.

No problem when it comes to paying themselves annual remuneration of well over $1m. Also dishing out confetti shares in settlement of exhorbitant loan fees set by their associates. Everyone else gets a shafting.

Should be pretty obvious to all that they are working as an agent of another entity, pockets suitably lined and with commensurate salaries for their efforts. Whoever is behind all this will at some point want to realise their gain.

No problem Vito. How the company is run is a completely different kettle of fish as to where we're being taken to court. I make no comment on that as it would be a very long post indeed!Re 'the wait' that's all we can do, but I prefer to get my enjoyment elsewhere.Have a good w/endatb

Agree to disagree Astra, but let’s shake on it.

Omega join the long list of casualties. Someone once posted there were 60-80 claims in at one point, demanding money on failed promises and over hyped lies, schlumberger, add energy etc not to mention the chaos in nigeria.

I’m appalled at how this company is run and ashamed to be a shareholder. It’s a disgrace. Let’s hope over the course of the next year or two we can get out at fair value and it will at least make up for the damage and destruction it’s caused to so many companies and individuals over the years.

Enjoy the wait and have a good weekend
