08/5/2018 08:11 | Good morning fellow mushroom.. O/T I see that the ADD Energy/Havoc Gabon J/V, not unlike SRSP, has also hit a 'technical' brick wall. | ![]() htrocka2

07/5/2018 20:37 | 'They have a rig that is progressing to completion of mobilisation' We don't need it....we've been told that we already have one that will be 'utilised' for the Ororo field 'COSL Drilling Pan-Pacific Limited ("COSL") has confirmed and identified the "COSL Power" as the Jack-up rig which will be utilised for Ororo field upcoming drilling campaign.' Until the rig is actually over the Drill site...they'll just keep feeding the mushrooms. | ![]() htrocka2
07/5/2018 20:36 | Starting to sound like COSL too hasn`t a clue what`s happening. | ![]() dr rosso
07/5/2018 19:58 | 1alfi, if the HLV ship with the rig on board had left the UAE en-route for Nigeria, then the timing for "completion of mobilisation" would be a known factor, because the master of the ship would know to within about 2 hours when he would expect to arrive. And therefore the spud date would also be known. COSL would know, SRSP would know, and all members of the consortium would know. If SRSP are waiting for COSL to tell them when completion will be, it is because COSL don't know themselves yet. And that can only be because it hasn't left the UAE yet. | ![]() vatnabrekk

07/5/2018 18:25 | But the latest rns does not refer to commencement of mobilisation, however it does refer to completion of mobilisation. Commencement of mobilisation was referred to in a previous rns. | ![]() 1alfi
07/5/2018 17:57 | 1alfi, before they can progress to completion of mobilisation, they would probably need to progress to start of mobilisation. | ![]() vatnabrekk
07/5/2018 16:58 | They have a rig that is progressing to completion of mobilisation. Once the company have confirmation that mobilisation is complete, then they will progress to spudding. Sirius will require some form of schedule re completion in order to organise a follow on workforce and equipment required to spud the well. | ![]() 1alfi
07/5/2018 14:11 | When will this nightmare be over ? When the BoD wakes up to the reality that without a rig....this is going nowhere. | ![]() htrocka2

07/5/2018 12:30 | 'Bresson Energy would seek to bring additional equity partners on board to co-manage OPL 241' that's us....along with IMDC. | ![]() htrocka2
07/5/2018 12:17 | "expect to see more M&A deals in sectors with a high potential for growth, such as the TMT sector, and in sectors such as oil and gas, where favourable asset valuations may make acquisitions attractive. Specifically, we expect to see considerable activity in the oil and gas sector, as negotiations are ongoing for Bresson Energy’s acquisition of the 80 per cent stake in OPL 241 currently held by Owena Oil and Gas in order to assume full ownership of the block. Following Owena’s exit, Bresson Energy would seek to bring additional equity partners on board to co-manage OPL 241." | ![]() dr rosso
07/5/2018 11:26 | Bobo said that he'd been offered the Bryant and May match franchise for platform eleven at Waterloo Station but wasn't certain that he could make a success of it. But as sole shareholder he wouldn't have the stress and worry of making up RNS's so he's currently engaged in due diligence and will update me 'in the near future'. | ![]() 6cer
07/5/2018 11:15 | Bobo said that he knew how to talk the talk but needed someone to show him how to walk the walk and was desperate. Brent oil now $75.57 per barrel. | ![]() 6cer

07/5/2018 10:54 | Sirius is merely a strategic pawn in the exercise | ![]() dr rosso
07/5/2018 10:46 | The whole thing could easily be on hold due to a deal being negotiated between the Ondo/Owena people and Gbenga Olawepu the owner of Oilworld and Bresson Energy. Also owner of Transnational Energy Corp which shares its California base with the main HQ of Chevron. Seems like TEC has been busy. Sirius guys clearly aren`t in control of anything from this point onwards. The idea of them managing a multi-billion dollar asset development is quite simply ludicrous. | ![]() dr rosso |
