i cant see these golden tickets being flipped sonic. dr rosso's last post is one of the best post his written i rekon. lets get this show on the road now oil is on a march once we get this ad you get the feeling the starting pistol will be fired then its game on i still wouldn't rule out some sort of quick takeout once these shares are sorted. i rekon once everything starts things will happen very fast with multiple rns's

I doubt very much that this is yet another forward-sold, R&R batch for the flippers. Funded multi-well drilling campaign, with high profile partners, on shallow offshore assets soaked in O&G.

Deadly all placing sup till now have been flipped, some would have been holders but this is the final piece we’ve all been waiting for IMO!!! Finally we may see a different Srsp share price ....

if these shares are for those in the know then i am pretty sure they would not want to flip them for a 30% profit on relist as surely after all these years they would be wanting a bigger return then that!! i am starting to get a feeling in my water that this could rocket on relist folks

Billion shares now that’s a huge placing. Been thinking for a few days and Dr Rosso makes sense in his earlier post. Maybe the partners are buying the rest of the shares at 1p ish knowing they are all sitting on a huge project

sonic thats what i am wondering could we get a rns saying 20million has been raised via a private placement of 1billion odd shares of which will be added to share register once shares price relists again. or will they wait till relist then issue shares a week or so after that way the share price might be surpressed for a bit

Deadly the company need to raise all cash before relist surely as right now they are an investment company. Once relisted they will be an production company. Surely they can raise cash whilst suspended unless others know more about this. They are only suspended to change from investment to production.

question for anyone out there. if these 1 billion shares are as claimed going to those in the know then you would then surely think that they will not be flipped on relist for a quick profit?? surely they will be held for a lot higher share price?? also can these shares be issued as a private placing while this is still suspended or can they only be issued once the share starts trading again?? i ask this because if they are not going to be flipped and we get news of other assets in the ad then the share price has the potential to rocket on relist

Face it, 1bn extra shares are going to be distributed to the partners, allowing them to share a 25%+ stake in the Co. Did anyone really think Havoc, Schlum, Add et al would remain insignificant or excluded from the forthcoming jamboree. The new Ds are going to be in here too.
All those 500k batches served the purpose of keeping the share price subdued, in order they can take the new shares under 1p. Planned to the finest detail. With shares being finalised in the right hands, lets hope that all the subsea work is completed and drill-ready.

I'll get exciting when I see an rns with us fully funded and a propper plan and timeline to first production not a few words off some over source which may just be miss types regarding the word asset or "assets."
