03/11/2017 18:16 | Oil just popped through $62! A nice end to the week. | drrichard
03/11/2017 17:54 | as i said it all depends on who these placement people are, if its your usual twitter idiots that ramp the guts out of something then dump the lot on pi's then this will be going no where fast. if on the other hand its folk who have some actual knowledge of whats going to happen here and plan to hold onto the place shares untill they reach there full potential then thats a different matter. trouble is with aim the former seems to always be the likely out come. just hope this ad is worth something of value to us shareholders. lets hope the next 2 weeks see's this ad document. with this leak today it seems like everyone else knows whats going on here apart from the actual pi's invested here | deadly nightshade
03/11/2017 17:38 | Hark, is that the sound of a damp squib going off! | astralvision
03/11/2017 17:24 | That's a good question vat. That will be 2042 and I was born in 1942 so I shall sell then at 100 pence and treat the wife to a stair lift | qprallan
03/11/2017 17:23 | It all lays on the ad doc.If the placing funds the production stage and we relist as a producer on one or more assets it will be all systems go, still a lot of unknowns only frustrating thing is the length of time this whole project has taken and the lack of price movement and information.Next year this should finally be up and running and we may finally see a profit again well the ltis who got shafted anyway. | aventador
03/11/2017 16:57 | What price will you be looking for at your 80th anniversary? | vatnabrekk
03/11/2017 16:53 | And the 10th August is my wedding anniversary, Coincidence ? I will be celebrating 55 years and settle for 55 pence | qprallan
03/11/2017 16:32 | That's encouraging 1sonic....nice post. ps... 'Sirius has now issued warrants over 100,000,000 new ordinary shares at a strike price of 2 (two) pence per share ("Warrants") to Havoc Partners. The Warrants will be exercisable from the date of grant, being the 11 August 2015, until the third anniversary of the date of grant, being the 10 August 2018.' that's less than 10 months away. | htrocka2
03/11/2017 16:26 | 1. Wait for the Admission document 2. Do you really think the bod would give out a placing at .70 3. Why are the placees willing to buy more? 4. Why are all the major players involved in Srsp? 5. This is De risked when we re list 6. We will no longer be an investment co. 7. Why jump when we are about to explode into a production co and drill! | 1sonic
03/11/2017 16:22 | '50p a share anyone !!' The dream has turned into a nightmare. | htrocka2
03/11/2017 16:06 | Why sell on relist?Because if the placees are sitting on a large instant profit, some will take it. That is inevitable. | astralvision
03/11/2017 16:04 | Why would you sell on relist? Crazy fools... when this comes back it’s de risked and only going north. I’m buying more... | 1sonic
03/11/2017 15:46 | Sure is time for a good Christmas as all those loading up at .7p bung out for just over 1p on relist for a nice quick 50%.Good old SRSP, they just keep giving, esp to mates. | astralvision
03/11/2017 15:34 | 50p a share anyone !! | solarno lopez
03/11/2017 13:19 | Agree re the low placing price,Deadly, but, any placees have only BoD reassurances and CPR to go on. It is all very well talking about a premium to the closing share price but, based on what? A lot we hope but, as yet, we don't know. As those above have said, we were warned by BoD re circa 4B shares and it looks like that is where we are going to end up. There is still plenty of time for a Good Christmas | drrichard
03/11/2017 13:04 | lets hope and pray we hit oil after all this knowing our luck after 30 odd years the oil will probably have moved. i have no probs with the dilution as such as we knew it was coming but what gets my back up is the low rates its issued at which then diminishes lth's and shareholder value | deadly nightshade
03/11/2017 12:39 | It's all about the dilution and how much there is and what is disclosed there after | xerot
03/11/2017 12:29 | Last suspended at 9p, raised new money at 5p with similar "fill your boots" type advices. At that point, there were 1,072M shares in issue fully diluted. There were 2,542M in issue at suspension. If rumours say 0.7 to 1p, you can bet it's the lower end (the purse string holders have ALL the power). So, between 2,000,000,000 and 3,000,000,000 new shares warrants and whatever other incentives they need to get the fundraising done could see 6Bn shares in issue. 2p would value them at £120M which before drilling and encountering whatever problems that phase throws at them seems unlikely in the extreme to me. Good luck, but there's a long way to go yet. | the drewster
03/11/2017 12:19 | @minichris. Thanks very much. | undulydiligent
03/11/2017 12:16 | $20m (part debt/part equity) sounds right. $100m required to fully develop the Ororo field, to which Sirius must contribute 20%. Quick twin drill to prove up 2P, flow oil/gas and into big revenue. All pre-production costs reclaimed. With POO at $60, cash inflow will be substantial. | dr rosso
03/11/2017 12:10 | Thanks Mini Chris | solarno lopez
03/11/2017 12:08 | The real disgrace is that this bunch of amateurs supposedly running the show can't be bothered to issue transparent updates. Latest stuff is coming from Betaville which gives us something to talk about. | dr rosso |
