1alfi, if it was obvious someone would have answered by now.

I'm assuming they wouldn't need to RNS as the company is delisted, but would instead post out a letter (very costly) or just announce it at the AGM? Anyone confirm?

Activeservo - according to your response to astravision's reply, the essence of your question was, if the company is 'taken out' will shareholders be notified.

Astralvision..Perhaps take a look at the rns about the BTG PACTUAL deal and it makes the collecting gas from oml95 a realistic theory. This is why I believe it is important to read historic rns.s..As for posters that no longer post how do we know they no longer post?

1alfi, okay

Astra, that's what I was referring to. So, I assume us minions would be notified?

Bron, I've given up with SRSP. If they relist and it goes our way, then it'll be a very nice surprise. Otherwise, I need to concentrate my efforts into other shares.

1alfi,

"talk" on this BB. Feel free to trawl through the posts to find them. It was a few weeks after suspension.

There was some talk about SRSP not relisting a couple of months ago. Does anyone know if we will be notified if this was to happen?

Just asking (while we wait...)

"chevron have reduced their gas flaring"

Those outlying fields in 95 are 70% gas. Nearly all of it was being flared off ie wasted. Oil production from this cluster of stranded marginals is uneconomic for a supermajor. So why then did Chevron get a 20 year renewal on these field licences from Feb 2015, whilst BTG now Engelhart acquired a gas shipping licence. There are around 6 fields in which Chevron is likely to have restarted production. It can only work if the consortium has an indigenous partner which will can the lot, collect and shuttle the hydrocarbons into a hub station. Wherever that might be ..

just wring some rough dates out, and interesting to note that by the time the 16th of novemeber comes that will be roughly 3 months we have been suspended, add on that someone mentioned last year on here that a AGM can be held not later then 3 months after the previous years one then if thats the case that would take us roughly upto 16th of febuary which would then be 6 months we would have been suspended, which someone said is the maximun time you are alowed to be suspended. so could 16th of febuary next year be a possible dealine for all this to conclude by??

Interesting to read that chevron have reduced their gas flaring by 96%...Maybe its being collected on oml95 by the consortium unless BTG(anglezark)are still involved with us...

100m shares in the hands of placees would be enough to clear the D accruals.
This move is a precursor to other parties moving in. NewCo will be kicking off with a clean slate. Ex-Ds will no longer be owed money.

just a reminder that the board havent taken any wages, its in their interest to reach some sort of milestone be it oil flowing or another.Something will trigger their payment
The 4 billion shares will be held by influential people and they wont want to be cashing them in for what they cost but at as high a premium as is possible. The board will have had their hands tied to an extent in my view and they will have not had the option to keep us FULLY up to speed on developments but I feel sure they have tried to give us clues as to what has been occuring.
