26/5/2017 17:23 | Jenny unlucky today it was heads or tails but do not fear our time has to come and we should all be rewarded in time, trades mean nothing if you are a believer of a share . I am Staying in till i sell????? lol | ![]() doug51

26/5/2017 17:15 | Glad to see the end of a horrible week. The only thing that promised to brighten it was an increase in share price as a result of the Petroleum Bill being passed, but that doesn't seem to have made one iota of difference to SRSP. I was half hoping for an after hours RNS to give the press something to write about over the long weekend, but they couldn't even do us that favour. Remember the future ! | ![]() handygandhi
26/5/2017 16:17 | Very good Doug51 | 1sonic

26/5/2017 14:09 | @drrosso FYI 241 water depths go from about 160ft then drop sharply to between 1800ft and 2800ft. Epiya-1 sits in approx - 230ft however this is a guestimate as the marine charts for the area are not great. I would assume the area around Epiya-1 could be worked with the Power without issue as well as the South East end towards 110 (Should Baba-1 be feasible). If they found anything in the West and South West portion, now that would need a better rig. Abo for example sits in 2500ft of water. Its also worth noting that OPL 332 is directly south of 241, after BG pulled out, who took over? | ![]() minichris
26/5/2017 13:04 | I see no rise Jenny.... Will it come later today? | 1sonic

26/5/2017 12:03 | All speculative of course but I'd be very surprised if NNB is the missing partner. I think there's more straightforward logic to their identity as per RNSs. Hopefully we'll find out very soon. | ![]() sherl0ck
26/5/2017 11:39 | 'bleemster 26 May '17 - 10:40 - 65452 of 65465 2 0 not much longer to wait - partner bigger than you prob expect' bleemster...we're all impressed of your 100% predictions....could you be more specific...how much longer? (ps..I'm still going with the 'Nigerian National Bank'...as the fourth partner the reason being that Owena carries a National Bank director....and prior to SRSP committing to the eventual FTSA an attempt was made to buy 40% of Owena Oil and Gas' 45% interest in Ororo....that got rebuffed) | ![]() htrocka2
26/5/2017 11:33 | handyganghi.... all this talk of rigs....you would have thought that they could have got all the info the wanted from the GULF/Chevron Ororo 1 drill/logs. | ![]() htrocka2
26/5/2017 11:19 | Doc, I think you're reading too much into what the rig is CAPABLE of. As you can see from the quote below, one size fits all. (Well almost) "Jackup rigs can only be placed in relatively shallow waters, generally less than 120 metres (390 ft) of water. However, a specialized class of jackup rigs known as premium or ultra-premium jackups are known to have operational capability in water depths ranging from 150 to 190 meters (500 to 625 feet)." A 200mph supercar can be driven in a city, but it doesn't have to be at top speed. | ![]() handygandhi
