Ht, you are correct. But the pool into which you are tossing your thoughts is very small, and mainly very much up to speed, and already loaded up. The world does not know or does not care.....until the big news we are expecting arrives the wider pool of investor will not commit money.
As doug52 has posted, patience.

you're probably right....there's too much on the plate to let it go to the wire. With the rig on its way, the accruals and funding must already be in hand...etc.

So let me see if I've got this right. SRSP are to drill within the next five weeks tops.....however, at the same time we have the following......


'Also included within accruals are Directors' salaries which are payable in cash upon commencement of drilling of $1,497,000 (2014: $1,599,000). There are also other amounts in both accruals and other payables which are due on commencement of drilling.'

The Accruals stood at $3,584,000 in the June 2016 Accounts.(of which $454,000 belong to Havoc)


...so within the next five weeks we have (1)payment of accruals, (2)the Annual Results, (3)the notification of fourth partner, (4)the JOA, (5)a possible RTO, (6)and of course the drilling of Ororo....(forgive me but I can't feel any 'vibes' to go with all this excitement on the horizon...)
