Its interesting that for Sirius to have gone over the ,what I assume to be the last date for the AGM, and to be now holding it on the 17th aim must of been briefed with a reason for stepping outside those rules.If they are outside those rules the timing of whatever is or isn't about to unfold must of been of some importance,it's also suggesting we have been working to a specific timetable that could not of been hurried along.If the company are legally bound to issue the rns tomorrow then no rns tomorrow would also be interesting as they would be outside the rules again and I assume with the aim blessing.No rns would also intimate that we aren't quite there yet.

Yep, 14th July for the 6th Aug. 48 hours for post, left 20 clear days b4 the AGM.
Acc to the regulations, should be 21. But what do this lot care about rules?

Final, and correct, version of meeting dates and notices required. An example will explain the way it works: a plc AGM notice may be posted on July 1. If the articles state that notices sent by post are served 48 hours later (excluding weekends and bank holidays), notice will be deemed given on July 3. Day 1 of the notice period will then be July 4; day 21 will be July 24, which means that the meeting can be held on July 25.



So, let's have another go for SRSP. 21 clear days

Notice given today Mon 24th, allow 48 hours for posting to shareholders...
Received on Weds 26th.


First clear day of the 21 becomes Thurs 27th. Count ....

For AGM on 17th Nov, the last day for notice has to be published on Mon 24th Oct.





EGM call requires 14 days clear notice. So if they want to hold it on the morning of the 17th Nov ....

Notice published on Mon 31st Oct, allow 48 hours for postal receipt. Thurs 3 Nov is the first clear day. 14th clear day is 16th Nov. Meeting on 17th.



What this means is that an RNS must be put out this afternoon........
