21/10/2016 11:26 | The thing is MiniC, 12 months ago CN joined the company and that was supposed to be the catalyst then GL gets linked and that's supposed to be the catalyst along with 42 BS but here we are staring November in the face and still no end game. Cue Sherlock to say these things take time and I respect that but ffs this is the longest gestation of a proper company ever ! | twentysixpointtwo
21/10/2016 11:20 | One para in this is all you need to read. It reveals what the Sirius-Ondo-Chevron- A twin megablock, multi-field O&G development. Details must emerge at some point. The starting point is Ororo because that marginal field acts as the strategic hub for 95. Re-read the Sept 2014 RNS with these fields in mind:- Shango, Meta, Azama, Ruta and Oloye in shallow water OML 95 "BTG Pactual is hereby appointed Sirius' exclusive representative to perform all necessary marketing, negotiation, sales and contract execution in relation to the sale of its Crude Oil, from the Ororo Field and other fields subsequently owned by Sirius. BTG Pactual may also market other physical crude oil of Nigerian origin sourced by Sirius from fields which it does not wholly or partially own. Sirius has agreed with BTG Pactual to split equally the proceeds from the marketing of any crude oil from sources introduced by Sirius outside of its own production." | dr rosso
21/10/2016 11:19 | Bron like you and other enlightened holders the content of the RNS's give me hope about the potential within SRSP. My biggest concern and always has been, caused by long association with the city is the fact that directors and their close associates can make it more worthwhile for themselves than investors. That's me being polite I come with baggage and very deep wounds but also with knowledge ! | solarno lopez
21/10/2016 11:12 | Aventador, Only 10 mugs of coffee a day whilst at work! Never drink in the day... Only on Sundays! :-) | 1sonic

21/10/2016 11:06 | you are correct Bron it was a genuine purchase and within the margin through my broker. | solarno lopez
21/10/2016 11:03 | Of course it's potential solarno, but it hasn't stopped people buying including yourself.assuming your claim of a purchase this week was genuine and I have no reason to think its not genuine of course. | bronislav
21/10/2016 11:03 | Not quite mastered this ramping malarkey yet then 26.2? haha | minichris
21/10/2016 10:58 | People do get carried away on here that's for sure. | aventador
21/10/2016 10:44 | ah ha that's the problem POTENTIAL | solarno lopez
21/10/2016 10:42 | Be good if we could take a leaf from Canadian overseas petroleums share price Our potential is there for all to see. | bronislav

21/10/2016 10:34 | Confidential or cover-up? Check out the various websites.... Havoc Partners .... no update on Sirius since their initial Heads of Terms, Oct 2014 Ondo State ...... no ref to oil blocks 95, 241, or Ororo Field Sirius TAC ...... no ref to Graham Lyon becoming involved Engelhart (BTG) .. no ref to the marketing deal with Sirius in Nigeria Sirius ........... no ref to developments (95, 241), other than Ororo field Schlumberger ..... no ref to Sirius Petroleum Chevron .......... no ref to Blocks 95 or 241, where they hold the leases | dr rosso
21/10/2016 10:34 | Even if we 'only' end up with one partner(!), considering how Schlumberger have helped ignite Sound Energy this year, I'd be very happy indeed with someone of their ilk on board. | sherl0ck
21/10/2016 10:26 | Perhaps something I have been guilty of in the past is exactly that Sherlock, not believing the board when they really have spelt it out because I wanted a better and/or quicker end. Now I'm starting to think that all our patience will be very handsomely rewarded if we really do have more than one company lining up to work with us. I hope that the calibre of people brought on board recently reflects the calibre of companies we have possibly fighting over us. | minichris
21/10/2016 10:20 | It's certainly possible minichris. After investigating all sorts of wonderful theories over the years I'm more recently coming to the view that apart from some confidential stuff (specific partner identities/asset details), the Board have perhaps been more upfront in outlining our strategy and way forward than we've credited. When we do finally get an unveiling of the deal, we'll probably look back over the RNSs and realise this. As I said already, that annual results RNS is the one I keep re-visiting. | sherl0ck
21/10/2016 10:18 | hahah okay so I will jitter with you | solarno lopez
21/10/2016 10:15 | Solarno - I wouldn't want to be locked out over the weekend would you? Not a chance in hell would I take a gamble at this stage in the game! | 1sonic
21/10/2016 10:05 | looks like its going to be a typical Friday. Unless of course this afternoon the jittery ones start buying ahead of the weekend | solarno lopez
21/10/2016 09:49 | Sherlock & HT - If that is indeed whats happening (and it seems VERY plausible) I will tip my hat to you. Time for a top-up....... | minichris
21/10/2016 09:33 | And Bobo has postulated that Ht. | drrichard
21/10/2016 09:31 | joining the dots.... ref Sher0ck 'The Board have consistently talked about working with a plurality of partners & our access to a significant pipeline of assets, so I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility. Maybe this is what's referenced when they describe an 'efficient structure' for Ororo.' ref rns 'International oil service providers are offering turn-key services, equipment and personnel to finance low-risk development projects. The Board has now received a further two proposals from multinational service providers following the Company's initial vendor finance proposal...' With providers offering 'turn key projects' and a further two proposals from 'multinationals'. SRSP have split 'The Group' into various subsidiaries, what's to prevent SRSP taking on all the offerees by allocating them each an individual subsidiary. For one entity to take on 'Block1', 'Block 2' Ororo1 re-entry, + plus three new wells and then there's the 'pipeline of assets' is an awesome task...If all these are to be started at the same time so as to maximise impact then surely sub-contracting them out to different sources would be the best route to take. Each separate subsidiary with it's own separate deal and contract, all under the SRSP umbrella. | htrocka2
21/10/2016 09:15 | Why do we need more dilution surely now we have these funding offers on the table we take one up and the funding is there , and no more need to dilute us any more, funding pays for production giving us the income we desperately need to progress and unlock any future assets. | aventador
21/10/2016 09:11 | Your last paragraph is first class SHER and makes lots of sense | solarno lopez |
