05/9/2016 11:36 | Dr Rosso 5 Sep '16 - 10:17 - 54619 of 54629 2 0 Edit Some urgency being shown to push bigger trades through. Watch for the spread moving to 40-45, which will allow the 2 x 2.75m at .413 to be both shown as sell. What then? The usual move to sling in a 500k or two to halt the rise? Hello 40-45 | dr rosso
05/9/2016 11:31 | GP is owned by a group of prominent Ondo State individual businessmen. Owena O&G is a 100% State controlled entity. It is quite possible that GP has given up its operator rights and 55% on Ororo field in return for a smaller % stake in the much larger Ondo territory Block 95. Let's say that part of the block has been divested to a new entity called Owena Energy, a specially created subsidiary. It would then be a case of splitting the equity stake of OE between the 3 Ondo-inspired partners. How about Sirius 40%, Owena O&G 40%, GP 20%.? | dr rosso

05/9/2016 10:58 | Looking good again, are we Close to a breakout ? | oilbuy
05/9/2016 10:46 | Apart from the large trades today we have three relatively small buys.It doesn't matter in the scheme of things whether the large trades are buys or sells as they are connected and not coming from the free float of which I believe there is very little, hence why I suspect a spike and volume is not wanted, certainly not at this stage .Still not a clear picture even though the pieces are almost all in that picture. | bronislav
05/9/2016 10:24 | You can get over .4 for a sell. That 3m was one. | jamie40

05/9/2016 10:02 | Can I just say that 3m isn't mine. Why not just check out GP's end of year accounts? | bumhammer
05/9/2016 09:47 | Sherlock, probably sloppy but could provide some explanation into their massive tax bill. | cornishtrader1000
05/9/2016 09:43 | Based on the above assumption to be true, and it was suggested Ororo alone may have been worth around 2p per share. The Doc needs to get his calculator out again. | cornishtrader1000
05/9/2016 09:42 | Thanks Doc Rich and support that idea | solarno lopez
05/9/2016 09:41 | Qua Ibo Field (onshore S.E. Nigeria) was awarded 100% to indigenous Network Exploration in the 2003 bidding round. Network did a farm in deal with OEPL by creating a special Nigerian subsidiary called Oando Qua Ibo Ltd, which allowed the Oando parent to take a 40% indirect participating interest in the field as operator and service provider. This is a PSA on a particular field. QI is in OML13 Block, where other fields exist. | dr rosso
05/9/2016 09:41 | Anyone else suspect it's probably just the usual sloppy wording?! I can't imagine GP is also involved in the entire block. | sherl0ck
05/9/2016 09:37 | Solarno, correct but there is a get-out clause relating to "commercial sensitivity". If for example, all the above is true but the deal is at a crucial stage then it is okay to withhold. | drrichard
05/9/2016 09:33 | This is worrying as there is clearly undisclosed information that is relevant to the SRSP and market which should/must be disclosed according to the AIM rules. One wonders how close to the wind SRSP sailing with this undisclosed information and are the NOMAD ready to accept a down grade from the AIM authorities with 'wind sailing' | solarno lopez
05/9/2016 09:29 | The updated investing strategy makes no specific ref to the Ororo marginal field, or any field for that matter. Perhaps worth a look over at what SLE has got on Block OML18 after Eroton acquired the IOC 45% divest for $1.2bn. NNPC still owns the rest. Maybe Owena Energy is the special subsidiary which is involved in the 95 deal, and Sirius/Owena Oil & Gas have each taken equity stakes in OE. As usual, the Co. offers no clarification as to what is really going on. | dr rosso |
