In view of the fact that they included an addendum to the Resolution stating that the authority attached to the shares expires at the next AGM or August 5th 2016, which ever comes first, implies that a deal is in the offing, however, they're waiting ........probably for the conclusion of the J/V contract to be signed. Once confirmed, the shares will be issued at about the same time. This is an important resolution in view of the fact that he BOD have assigned themselves 12% of the company...and will push hard for a conclusion before the expiry date while the authority of the resolution is still in force before the possibility of it being altered next time round. (my opinion only)
