07/8/2015 11:34 | The 2.5m is not what it seems ! | solarno lopez
07/8/2015 11:07 | 1dsk Mrs PP aka Mrs M says it was nice to have met you at the AGM. | potholepete
07/8/2015 10:54 | Plenty of obstacles in the oil production business... Better to prove up and sell up, and leave those wider economic issues for someone else to navigate through. | ropot
07/8/2015 10:47 | I've bought a few more today the buy is 0.075 so most the trades marked as sells last few days have actually been buys. Don't think we will be waiting much longer before lift off now gla long term holders! | butch488
07/8/2015 10:41 | I honestly believe now is our time and anyone buying in now will see action soon ..all just my opinion of course. | bronislav
07/8/2015 10:07 | Nice find Htrocka2. I like the report on how the low oil price has forced innovation into the fraccing process to cut costs. And note how spud to pay time has reduced in some wells. If the tech is applicable to Ororo etc it could mean a much reduced drill time and drill cost. As you say, timing is looking good. | drrichard
07/8/2015 09:21 | Related topic...(srsp may have timed it well after all) | htrocka2
07/8/2015 09:04 | Suspense is killing me ! | x1000
06/8/2015 20:23 | Bron I would concur | sirianbotham
06/8/2015 20:23 | 1dsk good to meet you today. | sirianbotham
06/8/2015 20:09 | My belief is that calvet is likely regan or fry or another and they will not want to be selling .... | bronislav
06/8/2015 20:06 | Thanks for the comments guys. Finally made it home. Was it worth it? Well thanks to Easy Jet/ London Underground I missed half the bloody meeting! Thankfully the kind PIs on here and LSE filled in the missing parts.Bron, excellent post and pretty much sums it up. No amazing revelations today but maybe that was wishful thinking on my part. Hopefully now that the warrants are in place we will start to see some movement with not to much further dilution. Great to meet some of you today and who knows maybe next time it might be in far sunnier climes... | 1dsk
06/8/2015 19:48 | 'rumour after rumour crosses our path but to be honest it's mostly bull ........' Bron.... All resolutions passed,.. that means that HAVOC now have 3 years, that's 36 months, or 156 weeks, or 1092 days , or 26,208 hours to exercise their warrants at 2p...that's fact, not bull.....and the clock's ticking. | htrocka2
06/8/2015 19:37 | That's my point Sherlock. Anyone under water is not gonna sell at these levels as they've probably lost 90% of their investment already. However Calvert can make 50% returns at 0.75. Nice . Doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out all the loaded sells queuing up today are Calverts. Remember Calvert got their shares today - that's not a coincidence that cantors were trying to offload zillions. Down sharply tomorrow as Calvert accept 40% returns instead of 50% in order to get their cash back ASAP . | cammy3
06/8/2015 19:26 | Cammy - don't know. There may be one or two distressed sellers outside of the key insider pool. I also suspect that lots of trades are transfers. There might also be simple MM games....one week they buy chunks, next week they sell etc... IMO no one really close to the action will be choosing to offload at this stage and at the current share price. Those in the know are buying and acquiring shares. | sherl0ck
06/8/2015 19:15 | Let's face it folks these guys aren't going to reveal much ..how can they ?....They can sit in front of us smiling knowing full well that they have given themselves oodles of shares .....it's not a problem because they are allowed to ,it's the company they set up ......All we can do is read the rns,s and figure out what we think is going on ...rumour after rumour crosses our path but to be honest it's mostly bull ........only comfort is a whole lot of people seem to want to collect these shares ,whether it's for payment for services or loans with extortionate late payment fees ...All will be revealed quite simply because these shares everyone seems to want will be no good until they have some worth higher than today's circa 0.8p......Nigeria need revenues and sharpish ,Sirius are relatively clean and above board in buhari,s eyes and they have the technical ability (havoc and schlumberger) and access to the lolly ......I don't believe for one moment that the funding isn't sorted ....If the assets are so good then why wouldn't someone snap them up ......all resolutions passed which was already a done deal before the agm,so nothing is holding this back now ........next three weeks will see news and movement ...... Cammy ,they cannot all be sells without buyers ,,market makers won't keep taking them on board ,they need to offload .......so there has to be another explanation .....This trading of large round figure trades has been going on for at least 18 months to my knowledge and they all seem to be matched trades ...Within that timeframe there will undoubtedly have been sellers and accumulators alongside the transfers...It won't go on forever and you and oilbuy seem to have timed your arrival very well ,luck perhaps or maybe something else? | bronislav
06/8/2015 19:15 | So who's the big seller then Sherlock | cammy3
06/8/2015 19:11 | Calvet won't disappear and they, Greenlands and others aren't offloading them. Board confirmed at AGM that one of the key reasons to use them rather than Darwin or anyone else is that they won't just sell them back into the market. They have a longstanding relationship with the company and I believe they're holding them for as long as it takes to get a big pay day. | sherl0ck
06/8/2015 18:27 | We need to get shot of this Calvert facility ASAP. 15m shares issued at 1p for £150,000 then another 15m issued at 1p for the fee . So Calvert get 30m shares for £150,000 or 0.5p. They are offloading them like there's no tomorrow at 0.75p using cantors. Let's hope havoc can sort something out ASAP so we can offload this stupid drawdown facility. Nonsense | cammy3
06/8/2015 18:03 | Nice write up sherlock | them0se
06/8/2015 17:55 | Thanks Sherlock | x1000
06/8/2015 17:47 | Nice, Sherlock and thank you. | drrichard
06/8/2015 17:20 | 1dsk that's some effort!! I couldn't make it this time but I thought Leeds was a stretch last time I went down. Well done. Hope you feel it was worth it! | dluk
06/8/2015 17:20 | More feedback from AGM anyone ? Thanks ! | x1000 |
