All buys going through at 0.769 yet MM showing all as sells. I like when they do that. Clearly trying to gather more stock before lift off

Ophir and Oando thinking.

Let's get in on the 2 assets. We'll take 20% each. What then? Get first oil flowing, explore the upside, complete full t/o of asset or Sirius itself 2 years down the line.

Slight issue with this. Illogical to develop the resource and substantially increase the value. Wait 2 years and pay 5x what they can get it for in 3 months time. Makes no sense.

Nobody is selling. The 3.5m @ 0.76p matches exactly the 4 big trades at 0.75p timed a few secs earlier at 08.31. That accounts for 7m. Hence the share price virtually static.

ORORO FIELD
Ophir $20m for 20% of Ororo 10k bopd, Sirius retains 20% on free carry. Well management by Havoc.

OML95 BLOCK (Northern)
BTG 50% share from Chevron outlying fields flowing 20k bopd to hub-based fpso, other 50% to Sirius.


Let's see. Await full disclosure in forthcoming schedule showing path to first oil. Targeting 30k bopd within 4 months.

It has been a long journey for us long termers and the bod it has been a tough ride of ups and downs and a learning curve for some of us, this is a long term share and the value will out eventually when they achieve there plans however long it takes.With the new government regime and constantly evolving situation in Nigeria things will continue to improve and with good time this will flourish again and we will see our rewards for sticking with Sirius.

One has to give the SRSP BOD credit...it must have been difficult over the past four years to maintain integrity and rise above temptation, especially in a Nigerian environment under the previous regime.. otherwise the URL below could have been about SRSP.

On hitting deeper G sands for 200mmb+, Ororo NPV will be $0.5bn within 6 months, twin wells + Chevron fields flowing in to hub providing between 30k-60k bopd for the BTG FPSO.
Gut feeling is that the jv partner on this project will be Ophir, with Havoc managing it.

Block assets elsewhere are much larger. I'd bet on the 2nd African-centric mid-tier Oando moving in on those.

Both O&O have significant cash piles looking for new home. Initialise flow and we are looking at around $20pb sale value (up from $10pb 2P) for Sirius share of the o&g producing assets.


The 3 big in-house investors are all Geneva-based Family Trusts, loaded up in cheap shares ahead of major revelations.

This is the time when the mates rates on the periphery are allowed ,trades will tell a story this week in my view ....as news filters out and then after the agm .all others are nicely seated and after the agm the housekeeping will be complete .......stick tight to those golden tickets ......

We have ex-Chevron folk on the ground in Nigeria and support from world class O&G experts, Havoc and Schlumberger. At the moment our focus is on securing attractive assets and arranging financing, hence you need Bobo's connections and the money men. When we go into oil production as Sirius or Newco, it's really not hard to compliment the Board with additional appointments from the industry.
