If we get 'All Resolution Passed'...then in view of the proposed increase of shares as stated...then more related info MUST be released shortly afterwards.

Ultimately funding/Jv will start the ball rolling, first oil will show we have the expertise on board to be awarded and unlock bigger and better assets increasing value.

With the problem of AJAM and Soma oil of late, it would appear that some dubious characters have attempted to align themselves with SRSP. Initially the BOD were happy with the proposed deals, but further investigation has revealed that their 'modus operandi' has been questionable and below the Corporate Governance belt. The greedy Glencore management, also connected with some 'shady' African was another. These proposed 'partners' are not going to let anyone else have a slice of the cake while they're still at the table attempting to secure the best deals for themselves. The bod give me the impression that they maintain a high degree of credibility. It does looks as if srsp have finally come up trumps with the HAVOC deal.

With respect to qurallan's 5:an Shareholders meeting...if that was the case then we would have had a 7 am rns.

The company, may need oil to flow from O, to get the offer that everyone is looking for. Also flowing oil from O could secure srsp other assets. I expect the finance is the trigger.

And yes X1000 it doesn't make sense why after five years they couldn't raise a few million and get oil flowing years ago bringing in large income!!?

Another load of big block late reported trades it seems the price won't move until what ever or whoever is moving large lumps of stock had finished? maybe today will be the key to getting the shares all in the right hands before they can finally release news and bounce the share price back up again massively!
