07/8/2015 20:52 | 'So we are looking at 2.338 billion shares with almost 50 % dilution from here.' That's not the way I see it. In view of the fact that the board have issued themselves 12% of the company with a further 6% going to employees based on the current shares in issue,it sounds to me that the additional 1,100,000k shares, to be issued up to 5 Aug 2016, are to be utilised for a specific purpose. My bet is that they'll do as they have stated, ie, ORORO first,(by Easter 2016) then the 'big one'....this is where the additional shares come in.....nothing to worry about. When ORORO is up and running and pumping oil, the current valuation on the 1.3bn shares will be multiples of todays share price News of moving onto the 'big one' the share price will look after itself. The 'big one', what ever it is, will be 88% of SRSPs valuation, which implies that srsp's interest in the project will be about 7.3 times larger than ORORO and the extra shares will go to J/V partners in the new field . They said at the AGM that they're in talks with African Operating entities (all my opinion of course) ps... I'm fairly certain that the 1,100,000k extra shares will NOT be issued until AFTER Ororo is up and running. | htrocka2
07/8/2015 20:50 | Ropot ...only when everyone that needs to be onboard is onboard and then logic says that will be the time ....frustrating as it is I think we will see 0.5 before that happens but as someone said earlier take advantage and fill yer boots when it gets to that price ...the reason it will get to that price is because others are filling their boots but on a much larger scale.....stinks really as a lot will sell out ............greed and fear !! | bronislav
07/8/2015 20:28 | Maybe, Doc, but when are we going to be told that in an RNS to make it real to us? | ropot
07/8/2015 20:17 | Sirius 40% share of 241 alone is worth more than $1bn. That would value the block at $2.5bn. Remember that PGS and Schlumberger have been working on it for 3 years now. | dr rosso
07/8/2015 20:17 | That's why my target is 20p, as it does seem feasible they could end up with assets of considerable value with all the brains involved... anything more will obviously be a much-appreciated bonus. | ropot
07/8/2015 20:06 | Ropot, my sentiments entirely ! | x1000
07/8/2015 20:04 | So with 2.338 billion shares in issue - and given the bod's performance to date I guess they will go for the maximum number of shares - a market cap of $1 billion translates as GBP£0.27 per share. | x1000
07/8/2015 20:03 | We know a lot of those new shares are already allocated to cover warrants etc., so not too dissimilar in concept to Calvet getting their 1p shares for 0.5p. Can they not just distribute everything quickly in one job lot and get it over and done with and sell the company now, rather than prolonging the agony? Seriously, I give them my permission to do everything by the end of next week if they give me my so-called $1 per share on the following Monday! | ropot
07/8/2015 19:57 | Potholepete, it was lovely to meet her as well. You have her well trained :0) | 1dsk
07/8/2015 19:53 | So we are looking at 2.338 billion shares with almost 50 % dilution from here. Could be worse ! Will they get the dilution out of the way before share price enhancing news in order to line their own pockets via subsidiaries or do it in dribs and drabs ? | x1000
07/8/2015 19:09 | Resolution 4.1 (p.2) of the recent AGM Notice states, "[...] to allot shares in the Company or grant rights to subscribe for or to convert any security into shares in the Company ('Rights') up to an aggregate nominal amount of £2,912,500." Resolution 4 (p.7) states a maximum of 1,100,000,000 new shares can be issued. I did the maths (eek!) ... what does anyone else think? | ropot
07/8/2015 19:01 | Ask yourself why Havoc signed up to manage Ororo and why BTG will offtake from the hub. These Cos are relative newcomers in O&G, but run by world renowned experts who are aggressive and highly ambitious. And this isn't even the prize asset. | dr rosso
07/8/2015 17:04 | Cammy..it's a brilliant entry price .my purchases are all above a penny so I am green with envy. | bronislav
07/8/2015 16:42 | 1,000,000 at these prices is good still you wouldn't got that amount a year ago, It's down so much from last year it's basically all or nothing if you believe then now you should be buying more if not write it off, all it takes is the right rns and this could all be a different story and that's why we continue to hold here! | thundercat1
07/8/2015 16:39 | I don't think any of us will worry about the odd tenth of a pence soon. | rod99
07/8/2015 16:35 | Yes I did. | cammy3
07/8/2015 16:20 | Didn't someone buy a million yesterday ....ouch!! | bronislav
07/8/2015 16:19 | Thx very much. I'll take another batch next Tues when funds have cleared. | dr rosso
07/8/2015 16:17 | Told ya ;) | granitetim
07/8/2015 16:14 | Certainly an opportunity here in my view at this price ! | oilbuy |
