Agree re news not far off, htrocka, and was not trying to cast aspersions, rather, it was applause ☺️

'you have a very devious mind'.... I would have expressed differently, however, having said that...I believe the 20m trade yesterday was a deliberate ploy to introduce an overhang so as to slow any potential, sudden rise in the share price If that indeed was the case, my bet is that news can't be far off.

Yep correct but not libelous like your statement..

Through the selective release of info the Co , with some MM assistance, could have the share price at any price they chose.

a) Pathfinder Minerals-type rns to say they were working to resolve licence/ownership issues .... 0.2p
b) rns to confirm 2P and field progress ..... 7p

I'll go one step further and say that it was Mimimko's aides who set the dummy Guarantee Petroleum website up...

Note that W B Nominees holding (basically Regan) has increased from 6.37% on 13/3/15 to 6.48% on 26/5/15 even with the larger total number of shares in issue. Unless Calvet or shares held elsewhere have been transferred over, Regan has bought another 8,060,888 shares.

It's hard to tell though as there's a lot of share shifting between various accounts and we never get any holdings RNSs.

You could well be right Dr. The owena debacle is gradually coming to an end. It seems that Dr Mimimko was the main instigator behind the problem from the outset.. While in the Ondo 'Chair'.. he was making separate deals with assets that belonged to others. IMDC were fraudulently given the drill and re-entry permits to Ororo. If, as you say, SRSP, via a subsidiary, have re gained the permits...then the debacle may have reached its conclusion. No doubt this will all be in the public domain shortly.

Ororo-1 licence is held by a Nigerian subsidiary and was re-entered in Jan 2015. From the extra data gained, the Havoc team was able to identify the precise location for the Ororo-2 drill, for which finance will be made available very shortly now that the funder`s fee has been handed over in the form of shares.

I'm not going to bring the old can of worms up by referring to the 'owena' debacle...but, going over it again, an interesting comment made at the time being that OML 95 was referred to by the parties concerned, as a....

'world class business deal...'(quote)...(just to give you an insight into why every man and his dog are laying claim to it.)

and the reason SRSP have not been given a drill or re-entry permit is because it was illegally issued to a third party (but never used) which is being resolved as part of the debacle settlement.

You could have sold earlier in the week for circa £20k more. Why sell at the lowest point or as close to as possible? Now a buy at the lowest point so far, that makes sense.

Someone needs £149,999 and a scratch card!! On a serious note i take your point. As i have belief in the BOD, these big trades make me think we are getting closer, making sure all shares are in the right hands so everyone is happy before the 2,3 or 4 killer RNS heading this way.

Plan B sounds good... Keeps the cat in the bag if Calvert get them all, and then distribute some of them to others accordingly.

Otherwise they would have had to have announced lots of indivual interested parties in the share issue.

anything above 0.5p, and they can buy them back cheaper when they lend the next tranche, surely?
