This thread has gone remarkably quiet. I can see reasons for the share price falling (McGee selling, shock loss on contract of over £2m despite Final Accounts specifically stating that no loss was expected only 3 months earlier) but surely the drop in share price is overdone.

It is likely that the Insti Investors were less than happy to acquire the McGee stock (which was probably all agreed prior to the 7th March update) once they were aware of the write off. Has this caused bad sentiment and distrust in the City?

Any thoughts?

Down 4% on only £130k traded today seems a bit extreme! An opportunity methinks.

Receiving Divs and not declaring it is actually dishonest and could be classed as theft in a prosecution

I would advise you advise your Broker asap

TDPIX If you have received divs you were not entitled to , they will probably be claimed back in the near future . This happens sometimes.

Oh, forgot to mention that I'm certainly not complaining about receiving a dividend on an ex-dividend purchase ;-)

Just checked my XO account and received the divi.

A bit of confusion is that I bought more shares a couple of weeks ago with a settlement date 14/03/2013. They were flagged as ex-divi when purchasing them but I received the dividend on these purchases too.

Did anyone else notice this? Or am I wrong in thinking that the divi is 0.175 GBX?

Dinocras has just posted on T.M.F that he may get around to one - in the menatime he's summarised what Gervais Williams had to say (he tipped SID of course on the night as discussed above):
