29/11/2024 09:25 | It's in the company's interest to keep us informed... they'll want the share price well over a pound by middle of next year. Always fun watching and holding these illiquid, fast moving shares. When they're going up anyhow lol. | t-raider
29/11/2024 08:18 | good to see end of week purchases on full offer....let's hope more +ve news on the way next week....DYOR | qs99

28/11/2024 09:14 | I agree, time for Board to be snapping up these shares if they are that convinced, maybe relying too much on options which are zero risk, maybe just greedy & don't want to risk their cash? Graph does look interesting though as they continue to try & convince market that all is well & self-financing / market growth is being delivered. It undoubtedly is a great space to be in, let's hope the next few RNS's continue the positive momentum, as that IMO could genuinely see this back through a quid v. v. quickly as v. tightly held....DYOR | qs99
24/11/2024 16:36 | Would like to see Directors more loaded up with shares. I do not think the new CFO has any(maybe wrong but do not think so). Previous CFO had a fraction of what I have - peanuts!Would be very easy for them to I still a bit of confidence if came out and bought some | watfordhornet
21/11/2024 12:34 | I have spent some time going over the various RNS's !! It does seem that growth has slowed somewhat over the last few months. But they did say that they had ceased certain business that had a low margin, this would account for the current year first half which is in line with the previous 6 months. I do think that dealing with the £2.1m convertible loan is now an issue and is why they are issuing RNS after RNS talking about profitability. Having said that, they have big named clients (Heineken, Sony, Mars, ITV, BMW and Visa to name a few) they are in a growth market (with the eventual demise of cookies) and they are becoming profitable. I don't think it will be a problem to refinance the convertibles one way or another next year. In the meantime at this valuation it is ripe for a cheeky take-over IMHO. | parsons4
20/11/2024 12:26 | "We are delighted that the Company has continued to secure new global contracts resulting in a record trading month for the business. In addition, the new working capital facility announced today eliminates the need for any additional funding to cover operational working capital, providing a strong foundation for continued expansion." "to cover operational working capital" So CLN are still an issue | hatfullofsky
20/11/2024 09:30 | Apologies Dean I did not realise there was one before that , so well spotted Unless the note holder is willing to extend this or another one is issued then they would have to raise Unless the company can win contracts that will get the share price above the conversion price of course | jailbird
20/11/2024 08:46 | Why are you posting details about the CLN issued in June 2023? It is the CLN issued in June 2022 that is due in June next year. £2.1m plus interest and a £1.10 conversion price. These will probably not be converted unless the share price is over £1.10. How will the company pay the £2.1m plus interest? | dean44
20/11/2024 08:31 | Why do you assume that the CLN has to be paid , it maybe converted into shares by note holder .The CLNs are unsecured and convertible into new ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of GBP0.50 per new Ordinary Share, a premium of approximately 10% to the closing bid price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM on 30 May 2023 (the "Conversion Price"); -- The CLNs are convertible, in part or in full, at the option of the noteholders from the date of issue until the final repayment date, being the third anniversary of the date of issue. In addition, the CLNs are convertible automatically on a change of control of the Company, subject to certain limitations; -- If not repaid, redeemed or converted by the third anniversary of issue, the CLNs are repayable in cash in full together with accrued interest on that date; | jailbird
20/11/2024 08:19 | Would be good to know if new contracts are 4D or services related. | watfordhornet
20/11/2024 08:17 | How are they going to pay the £2m convertible loan note plus interest due in June? | dean44
20/11/2024 07:41 | I think we should judge growth later next year Need to see more new contracts | jailbird
20/11/2024 07:39 | Apart for say an acquisition, why other reason would they to raise then?Working capital is covered for now .I Do not worry about a small raise if needed later , dilution would be very small as the share price rises . Company would never need to raise much from now on as revenues continue to buildAs I said only for an acquisition which I expect would be revenue enhancing | jailbird
20/11/2024 07:31 | Still not profitable that's why they reference the working capital facility, also, some of that 1.5m is renewal rather than new. Doesn't strike me as high growth considering how much they bang on about their products. | owenski |
