30/5/2024 08:15 | I just read the results in detail, yes they must be tight for cash right now but they are confident that they will have "Ebitda positive run rate ENTERING JULY and positive cash flow for the full year. Which would mean that they end this year with cash of £600k. The growth here is phenomenal and I would be very surprised if they can't raise a few hundred thousand to see them through the next couple of months. With the business valued at probably about one times current T/O the shares are well under valued IMHO. And yes this is a take-over candidate if ever there was one, they are a tiny tasty fish swimming with sharks!!! GLA | parsons4

29/5/2024 11:45 | Was hoping for more growth tbh.Still holding but would have thought more traction for 4D given cookie's demise.Would love things to be taken out of my hands and Silverbullet be taken over. However a 100% premium is only IPO price so not attractive to long term larger holders | watfordhornet
29/5/2024 09:34 | I agree with the last 2 posts. This is an £11m market cap business in a very hot sector turning profitable. If they continue like this they could definitely be taken out !! | parsons4
29/5/2024 09:14 | ttcroft well said, why do people always assume a "raise"? WC facility should be doable and help fund them through to sustainable cash flow generation. PIs selling as usual, if they keep this growth up & reputation grows, then sky is the limit and likewise I sense it will be bought out before it really starts motoring or gets too big.... DYOR am in for the ride and a buyer below a quid | qs99
29/5/2024 08:15 | Outlook. The business is perfectly aligned to the market's need for first-party data and privacy-first future. In January 2024, Google announced the launch of its third-party cookie deprecation initiative to be completed in Q1 FY25. Meanwhile, Apple continues to tighten their regulation on the use of individuals data in their ecosystem, setting a high bar of consumer privacy expectation for the industry at large to meet. These radical changes in privacy regulation and approach accelerates the importance of alternative privacy-safe insight and targeting tools such as 4D AI and a brands first-party data enablement, making Silverbullet's position in the market stronger than ever. This backdrop ultimately requires brands to transform their customer experience. 4D AI combined with first-party data transformation demand is already accelerating, with a strong start to 2024 in terms of committed revenue with has bookings of over £6.2m. Clients are increasingly expecting their partners to offer more customised approaches to meet their specific business transformation needs. | aishah
29/5/2024 07:57 | "Management is in the process of completing a working capital facility."Easy get a revolving credit facility with this growth. | ttcroft
29/5/2024 07:47 | This business will get bought out imho probably by a US company. I hope we get a few years as shareholders before that happens, this is the best growth company I've seen. | czar
29/5/2024 07:47 | Not sure, last year results very good, best part is no major adjustment from cfo handover but then if anything mentioned it's just bad news..With 4D doubling and costs level they should easily become EBITDA positive H2..What is needed is more contract news and yes cash position needs clarity..Good that organic growth is happening with existing contracts. | chester9
29/5/2024 07:45 | Good growth but will they need another raise to get to positive operating cashflow at the end of the year. Cash of £0.68m at end of 2023 and cash outflow from operations was £2.1m in 2023. Material going concern uncertainty is highlighted in the accounting notes. "Management is in the process of completing a working capital facility. The directors are confident that the Group will be able to raise any required funds to meet their strategic objectives however there is an uncertainty over how much funding may be raised when required. However as securing new funding cannot be assured, a material uncertainty exists related to the Group or Company's ability to continue as a going concern." | dean44
29/5/2024 07:15 | Indeed - good to see it is expected to commence generating positive operating cashflow in the current financial year. | livewireplus
29/5/2024 07:10 | Wow. Nice results | babbler
28/5/2024 14:07 | I'm a fan too, this looks a good growth share in its early stages. I bought a bit more today and its not easy to buy. | czar
24/5/2024 16:54 | mns we don't know that they are not seeing more business just now !! Justin was stopped out because of the decrease in the share-price. He still believes in them and is watching carefully. The new FD started very quickly and has a lot of big company experience, and in particular in the USA. So does the new non-exec. The previous FD was handing over for 2 months. I wouldn't think that the change was due to dodgy figures but just the need to get more international and large company experience on the board. The share-price has dropped on very low volume so I am still a big fan. GLA | parsons4
24/5/2024 16:32 | mns, fair points too | jailbird
24/5/2024 15:45 | Sold out my holding now due to the ongoing slide in the share price. I think we need to see plenty more evidence that they have a product that the market wants. If it is such a huge market and everyone is shifting away from cookies then, even with Google's delay, why are they not seeing more of that business right now. That's my concern. Big market but where's the traction. Admittedly the start of the year appeared to be going well but then I heard justin sold out.... not sure if that's true but he was big on this and that's just sensible risk management | money never sleeps
24/5/2024 15:35 | WH, true nothing is certain. I am not worried about dilution if needed again, particularly if it was like the last one. Does not make much of a dent in the mkt cap since it already has so little shares in issue with AI a big focus now, just need to patient now. Wish i had see this earlier, at least I have bought in after a large retrace, as I never like chasing shares | jailbird
24/5/2024 15:11 | Buying now at c 40% price at IPO.Would not say it is a win win gamble. Always s risk it goes to 0 or gets diluted the he'll out of but I am with you.In pre-IPO so but underwater. Always frustrated me I had more shares than the previous CFO.Hope this one settles in and buys a few once out of closed period.Issue is getting 4 D traction. Too much Services revenue - need the recurring software and maintenance stuff and although plenty blue chip clients less new ones being publicised | watfordhornet
24/5/2024 15:07 | I have bought 5k as a starter position Will need to sell other holding to add more Huge Potential for revenue increase over coming months and years Hold for couple of years and watch it grow, buying on weakness of I can Always a high chance a US competitor will buy this ... it is win win gamble and such a low market cap . I have watched a few with low shares in issue and illiquid shares move up to amazing prices Just need to be patient and hold this time | jailbird
24/5/2024 14:11 | Well results promised in May. ( I emailed them) it gives them Tues-Friday next week.Hope New CFO is good to go | chester9
16/5/2024 14:08 | CEO said they expect to go EBITDA positive this year, that will be a massive achievement if they do, it must mark an inflextion point in the value of this Company. At this price its only valued at £10m. The new CFO is a real heavyweight and would have done his DD before joining, all this scaremongering about the accounts is silly imho. If they move into EBIDA positive there will be no need of a raise and this sell off is all about weak holders getting nervous about nothing. Time will tell but it looks great value here. | czar
16/5/2024 11:16 | Definitely looks as if numbers will disappoint and another fund raise will be needed.Great client list but not rapidly expanding | watfordhornet
16/5/2024 10:14 | Chart looks dire to boot | washingmachine
16/5/2024 10:05 | If raise incoming then surely news should have flowed. I think you are probably right but change of CFO and with results imminent the city are not trusting the facts will stay the same.Justin W sold at higher level but did give the ramp to this company. Ian had a chance to change his commentary on last video but didn't. | chester9 |
