Just contacted IFC to ask CEO and CFO about CLN . Got reply Thanks for your message I'm afraid all I can say is that discussions are underway and news with follow via normal AIM regulatory channels.

Yes Dean Knowing about the CLNs due toThe 200k loan does not make sense If a fund raise was coming why would someone give a 200k loan at 36p now And why would they need it Something else going on in background

Lots of questions but no answers !!! The advisors and management really need to do their jobs. The market cap of £7.3m is very low for a company expanding in a great sector with AI and a list of very big companies as clients. Even if they converted the loans to shares (at the current price) the market cap would still be too low. An important RNS is due !!!

£200k - I know SBDS is a small company but do they really need a new £200k loan. Seems very small - why would they not get more to give more coverage£200k will be gone quickly

I can't quite work this one out. They have a big liability at the end of the month and have now borrowed an additional £200k at a much lower conversion price of 36p.They are also meant to be profitable with bank finance to fund the growth. There are things going on here behind the scenes imho.

nice update, new wins a +ve, should see more new wins deliver this year's expectations IMO/DYOR, but needs to keep delivering that to scale this business fast. To help create value.

Is prior comparable period Q1 last year or the previous quarter.A 15% uplift YoY back to same period in 2024 is not great given the low base.Good news on the contract wins though and the $1.5m is sizeable compared to overall revenues

To be fair they only need re financing if the CLN holders don't extend but agree they could do with updating on that.

Unsure on the effect it will have on their customers decisions re 3rd party cookies against ai usage but good to see all the same.
