Agreed they should have faced into that by now it's 8 months away. Revenue growth awful H1 and no figures for H2 just September very good. Shops take a lot of money on Bank Holidays when it rains. The next weekend they are quiet, as only so much money to go around. Where is the revenue growth and how much.

I hate TUs like this.Great September strong start to H2. No figures. We have a debt facility based on receivables but that costs money, finance costs up 50% in H1 so expect same or higher. November and December positive EBITDA. If DEP/amm etc 830k in line with last year. Then expect loss for year 1.6m. The wording "eliminates the need for any additional funding to cover operational working capital" unless of course something sits outside operational needs. It's too vague still.

Carefully worded rns, 'cover operational working capital'.

How about the £2.5m convertible loan note due in June 2025. How will they pay that?

Trading Update:

Silverbullet has achieved record-breaking monthly revenue in September in line with management expectations, providing significant confidence of trading EBITDA positive from October.

Silverbullet has successfully secured a working capital facility allowing the Company to fully execute its growth strategy through FY25.

As mentioned in the Company's interim results published on 11 September 2024, the second half of the year has started particularly strongly, with new global contracts and strong visibility on full-year revenues. This momentum has continued as the Group delivered record-breaking revenue in September 2024 and remains on track to achieve an EBITDA positive run rate from October 2024 onwards.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has secured a new working capital facility, ensuring support for its growth strategy through FY25. The funding takes the form of a receivables backed revolving credit facility, initially for £2m with up to £4m available over 24 months with eligible receivables over both UK and international invoices. The Board expects the facility to provide sufficient working capital for the business as it achieves its goal of an EBITDA positive run rate.

Ian James, CEO of Silverbullet, commented:

"We are delighted that the Company has continued to secure new global contracts resulting in a record trading month for the business. In addition, the new working capital facility announced today eliminates the need for any additional funding to cover operational working capital, providing a strong foundation for continued expansion."

No other negative news could also mean, it went down on forced selling

For now, only issue is cash requirements in short term

Just need to look at if cash required for continued growth or to survive. The former at present now

This keeps ticking up on no news other than spreadex getting out. No news means no reason for share price to go up. Raise finally incoming or contract news?

The lack of liquidity does make this a fast mover. Not drawing a comparison, but watched SALT fly yesterday. One that has had a similar performance to SBDS over the last 12 months.

Well it looked like the balance of Spreadex stake was sold on the 15th !! but no RNS. I just wonder if this was not the shareholder putting the remaining shares into either a SIPP or another vehicle to create a taxable loss prior to the budget. An RNS would then not be needed. There were 2 other deals totalling 750,000 done at that time also. It does look to me that the fall was all about one shareholder running into trouble and needing to sell. If this is so, it explains the absence of an RNS !!

Yes but does not take away the fact that, cash is needed . As long as revenue trajectory is intact , I will have no problem with a small raise Be nice to hear of it with contract news though Also I wonder who bought up the Spreadex holding , be good to hear if BoD bought some too
