It is awful and really should not be allowed. This should not be voted in favour of at the AGM (not that that would make any difference). Really is disgusting and highlights the risks I pointed out yesterday.

That explains the collapse the other week. $340m of debt for $430m of russian real estate.

Hopefully will not see an announcement next month that Sibir have bought Mr. Tchigirinski's trailer home for $500m with an independent report showing that based on 2708 prices it is fair value.

SBE are not losing money on the barrels they produce. Blatent lying will not get you anywhere.

harryh05 - I think it is losing money on every barrel it produces. Until the oil price goes up the only way is down in my opinion. They will need to stop all capital expenditure very soon to conserve cash. Which means stopping all drilling and development work.

I doubt it. UK interest rates coming down wont make a huge amount of difference to a Russia focus oil producer/explorer. It might help short term sentiment but thats all methinks.

surely the fact that interest rates will be coming down on Thursady, directors buying stock at £2+ and an interesting AGM should have some positive impact on the stock short term?
