I would say they are having problems with the Rukwa mining licence and we're intending to leverage off the coal asset to acquire other mining projects. It's taking a hell of a long time to get these new assets.

Latest Jason Brewer offering on SKA, posted towards market close, encouraged someone to buy 50,000 soon after.

News is WELL overdue here, when it comes it should be transformational.

I thought this might be worth raising again with a few minor adjustments.About two years ago Edenville Energy had very little money, a lacklustre board of directors, two second hand trucks and a few small piles of coal. The share price hovered around 25p.Now, as Shuka Minerals they have a, supposedly, high flying team of entrepreneurs at the helm, access to piles of cash and yet the share price languishes at 11p.Something still seems wrong but good luck all. Before I get accused of deramping I am heavily invested here and would dearly love to see the hype and wishful thinking translate into a decent share price.

Following this outfit on X, noted a number of well versed individuals are already in Shuka.

This is a recent post from JB, explains why, bet when the 1st news comes this will explode upwards

No dilution, no bucket shop brokers need apply, a fund with $6b of assets has taken a position.

News is well overdue here, well overdue. They are pushing shareholders patience to the limit, they sure are.

The new team were appointed in early June, there has not been a material policy or operational update since.

Jason Brewer is promoting occasionally on X but that's it, even Quinton van der Burgh is looking somewhat foolish after his Stockbox interview in early November, implying news updates were imminent for Shuka.

Come on new team, let shareholders have some meat on the bone.

Is it just a coincidence that the cloth is mostly red like the share price.

The warrants expire in May 2024. The end of December date is just a date Jason Brewer said he would like to have exercised his warrants, dependent on any acquisition of an asset. These things tend to slip, so won't be surprised if any deal is not until next year. He has until May 2024.

News on the project injection into Shuka has to be fast approaching, the deal has to be a good one for the credibility of the new management team as it will be their 1st across the 3 stable of listed entities.

I think we will be very surprised over the quality of the project being injected and the upside it will clearly deliver.

If you want in the clock is ticking down.

It's Kenya's independence day today, known as Jamhuri Day, hence the Shuka cloth tweet.

You obviously don't know what shuka fabric is then. The pic is purely showing shuka lol. It's a cultural fabric worn by the Masai. I wouldn't read too much into it therefore but just wait and the deals will come.

Not sure what kind of clue Jason Brewer means by showing tartan fabric linked to SKA, a X tweet today.

My bet is news is imminent, you are either in this at the time or not, if not you could miss out on material gains IMO.

It was a buy, the trade was timed at 8.03am when the offer was 9.5p, the price moved higher soon after.

I think they're leaving it pretty late to announce something before the year end. There is probably due diligence still to complete and a whole raft of other info and legals to go through. A delay would be expected to ensure all is okay. As for the 25p warrants, they expire in May 2024. The end of year timeline was just Jason's arbitrary target for exercising the warrants. I guess things will slip a bit as they always do.

One suspects that long awaited news cannot be far away, remember those 25p management warrants expire end December, they were priced in June and I am quite sure the new team will convert them once the new producing asset is injected into SKA shortly.

Exciting times ahead.

I think most folks are holding awaiting the news which may be transformational, the new owners are no mugs, incoming news has been telegraphed, with so few shares in free float when it arrives it will be very difficult to get in at current levels IMO.

The new project that will be injected here will be close to production with no need for equity funding, this was said in a recent interview.

Folks are inpatient and move to the next hot stock but the best returns are often made when patience is applied.

I see SKA as a £50m+ company in the not too distant future.

All the chancers hoping to make a quick buck have given up and moved on.
Most of the long termers are too deep in the mire to have any chance of making a profit.
