16/12/2024 08:56 | WEll Well. So it IS Kabwe. Lots of potential. But enormous and complex funding treck ahead. Impossible to value the shares yet. | lurker5
13/12/2024 19:13 | "Johnpope" - Any relation to the England vice captain? | juliemara
13/12/2024 16:55 | Dump away,I'll be topping up. | johnyee 7

13/12/2024 12:23 | Combined, these equate to 5.723 Mt of total historical resources at average grades of 11.8% zinc and 1.9% lead, containing approximately 695,786 tonnes of zinc and 106,803 tonnes of lead. At current commodity prices these resources have an in-situ value in excess of US$2.0 billion.Preliminary economic analyses of just the proposed future development of the No. 2 Orebody and Mine Club-Speaks, which have also been reviewed by Behre Dolbear, suggest pre-tax cashflows of US$1.841 billion, an NPV10 of US$0.561 billion and an IRR of 112%. | ttcroft
06/11/2024 10:25 | We can only hope. | dbno
06/11/2024 09:45 | Can see this getting back to 10p ahead of much expected news, Jason Brewer has hinted news is imminent. The old management will be leaving, who will replace them ? It is about to get interesting here make no mistake. | mrmcnee
06/11/2024 08:48 | They might get £1 for Rukwa, otherwise pay someone to take it off their hands. | scoots
06/11/2024 08:40 | Online buying shut off, usual market maker tactic when there is demand for the shares. Only way in is to place limit orders | broken_arrow1
06/11/2024 08:27 | Have acquired some shares here over recent days, I recall how quickly this moves and it hit 16p last year in anticipation of news. It is clear the major shareholders wanted director changes and that will happen this month, in effect this is a shell awaiting injection of a major asset. Only 60m share in issue with nearly half owned by Jason Brewer and Van De Burgh who put in £1.5m last September. | the_sage1
06/11/2024 08:07 | Could be time to get back in here or add if you are already holding. The outgoing directors have to retire by end of this month, that should be a catalyst for news with a new team incoming, maybe the sale of the existing Rukwa project also. This post on X I found quite interesting. | mininglamp
04/11/2024 15:58 | I am afraid I have no faith in either Brewer or Van Der Burgh. Have a look at NEO and MARU. They seem to destroy both the sentiment and the share price of everything they touch lately. I would love to be proven wrong. | dbno
04/11/2024 15:30 | Interest in this outfit has totally dried up pending news, the last RNS said the outgoing directors will leave by the latest end of this month. My bet is Jason Brewer and Quinton v Burgh will then bring in a new team and recapitalise, so news must come sooner than later. It has been suggested that those 2 major shareholders have been reluctant to put in new money ahead of the BOD changes. It could get interesting again here shortly therefore, worth remembering both the aforementioned entities put in £1.5m into Shuka last year. | mrmcnee
30/9/2024 18:11 | What a f=ck up. Yes I am a shareholder,currentl | johnyee 7
30/9/2024 13:05 | I will be amazed if they are able to sell Rukwa for anything approaching £6 million pounds. No one will want to buy a Mickey Mouse operation with two second hand trucks and very little coal production. Shuka will probably have to give it away and write off the book value causing the share price to collapse. Buy then if you are brave enough. | scoots
30/9/2024 09:18 | Major shareholder and former director Jason Brewer is in London this week and has tweeted business will include that of Shuka, speculation they may be about to dispose of the Rukwa coal project (on the books at circa £6m) The disposal of Rukwa makes sense as the other director Quinton v Burgh investment vehicle has moved away from coal completely, if this speculation is true you may also see management changes. I think the next few weeks will be interesting to say the least. Only 60m shares in issue, Brewer and Quinton v Burgh hold 49% of them. | one2go
27/9/2024 14:13 | Lost again scoots, never mind, it's only money. | dbno
27/9/2024 12:31 | Something seems to be brewing, next to nothing online currently, this is another totally illiquid play with just 60m shares issued the BOD hold 49%. Was 12.5p in March. | broken_arrow1
27/9/2024 10:45 | Weveallbeencaught running at Worcester today 2.35pm. Due for a win and could recoup some losses from this pile of rubbish. | scoots |
