15/11/2023 08:35 | The true float here is barely 30m shares with the new Executive Team having the other 30m of the issued capital. I am rather surprised this is priced so lowly, in their suite of companies the focus has been on MARU and more recently NEO with Shuka under the radar. The key is SKA has the smallest free float than the other two hence when demand comes in for the shares they will rise more aggressively. I would not be surprised to see the 25p warrants exercised by the new team either, they expire in December. The opportunity for the shrewd sits here now therefore. | m1sterx
15/11/2023 08:00 | Worth noting that this traded at 15p in September, I think the price will be far higher than that shortly. | mrmcnee
14/11/2023 13:00 | Going up nicely - | tomboyb
14/11/2023 12:41 | We also know that QGC has recently partnered with an Abu Dhabi based fund management co to invest $1 Billion in new green metal miners. And a fair chunk of that will be heading towards SKA / MARU / NEO... | someuwin
14/11/2023 12:35 | Well, I though Jason was class until I heard Quinton yesterday. He’s a billionaire right. | bargainbuyer
14/11/2023 12:29 | I’m highly impressed with the Quinton interview, he’s a class act and I agree 10p could become 50p and remain cheap. | bargainbuyer
14/11/2023 12:28 | I think Quinton has SKA down for progress next year. And we'll hear about bankable, identified projects. | andrbea
14/11/2023 12:25 | QGC (Quinton van der Burgh) with 30% and GMI (Jason Brewer) with 20%. Pretty soon we'll find out what assets they'll be injecting into SKA. But with 50% of the shares between them we can be pretty sure they're going to be good ones. P.s with just over 60 million shares, at 10p the market cap here is just £6m. Won't be so tiny for much longer imo. | someuwin
14/11/2023 10:47 | Marula is up 70% in a few days, I reckon Shuka will move next. | bargainbuyer
13/11/2023 18:17 | Just for balance....About two years ago Edenville Energy had very little money, a lacklustre board of directors, two second hand trucks and a few small piles of coal. The share price hovered around 25p.Now, as Shuka Minerals they have a high flying team of entrepreneurs at the helm, piles of cash and yet the share price languishes at 9p.Something seems wrong but good luck all. | scoots
13/11/2023 16:22 | Interview with the Exec Chairman of SKA, a must listen, Shuka mentioned 30 mins in, announcements to be made shortly. QGC's Quinton Van Der Burgh will Stand Good For The Investors of #maru, #ska & #neo | mrmcnee
10/11/2023 11:35 | Shuka Minerals Plc @Shukaminerals_ ·3h ➡️Mr. Quinton van der Burgh, CEO of Q Global Commodities, the new Non-Executive Chairman of the company has acquired a total shares 17,586,598 through investing with QGC make it the largest shareholder with 29. 20% in the company. | someuwin
09/11/2023 12:48 | Yes but if you listened to Fairbairn he said he would ask about their entire suite of companies. In respect of SKA I have a feeling they are going to use the listing as a vehicle to inject projects into. Those 25p warrants were very highly priced compared to the new teams entry point and they expire end December, these guys are so wealthy they could even take them up if the share price is under 25p, who knows. It is clear IMO when the news hits it will be very value accretive, you could see the SKA listing as a shell therefore awaiting news. I have a decent slice of stock and contented to wait. | mrmcnee
09/11/2023 11:51 | It's for NEO Energy Metals IPO not Shuka. | whoppy
09/11/2023 11:39 | Brewer & Quinton are in the City today and interviews are coming, hopefully some comment on SKA, Quinton took office as Non Exec Chairman this Tuesday. | mrmcnee
08/11/2023 08:10 | Can currently buy £3k. But not £4k. | someuwin
07/11/2023 17:24 | So far we were better off as EDL. | scoots
07/11/2023 10:34 | Yes, hopefully some high value assets coming our way that can be developed. | whoppy
07/11/2023 09:17 | Remember that QGC has recently partnered with an Abu Dhabi based fund management co to invest $1 Billion in new green metal miners Hopefully SKA will become their main investment vehicle. | someuwin
07/11/2023 08:59 | Some good appointment's there at Shuka. Should be some excellent producing assets acquired which will transform the company with these guys onboard. They wouldn't have joined otherwise. | whoppy
07/11/2023 07:59 | Good news this morning with the new executive team now in place, you can be sure they have a project lined up for Shuka, now events should really start to move forward. Remember the BOD have 25p warrants which expire at year end, my bet is they will be converted ! | mrmcnee
07/11/2023 07:19 | ". as we continue to review potential acquisitions of additional advanced mining" So the wait for anything meaningful continues. | blue59
03/11/2023 13:45 | News is overdue, so could be next week. Wouldn't want to be out over the weekend. lol | whoppy
03/11/2023 13:33 | Normal market size is only 5k shares. There's very few shares in issue and hardly any free float. Hence not being able to get a quote sometimes. It does mean though on positive news it will be hard to buy any. Probably best to get some now while it's quiet, imo. | whoppy
03/11/2023 11:38 | Shares, only had that much cash in trading acc for dummy trade. | blue59 |
