More a confirmation of the deal in QGC’s presentation but masquerading as a speeding ticket; I think this is looking a strong buy.

The RNS this morning reads more like a speeding ticket following on from rumours of a deal and subsequent mark up in price during the session on Friday.
Well, it is more than a rumour as some further details were released in the QGC corporate presentation also on Friday, ie. the zinc/lead deal.
So, reading the RNS in light of the above, confirms really that a deal is very much on the cards and in line with that on the QGC presentation.
We await the finer details but looks impressive versus current cap.

All the links concerning commentary about Shuka by Jason Brewer late last week have been removed. He said he was meeting Ministers and possibly the President of a African country and that there would be news aplenty over the next few weeks.

Tongue in cheek he said he hoped the Nomad was not watching the interview, well it looks like he was and that's why todays RNS came, the fact remains JB was exceptionally upbeat, the share price rallied strongly as a result.

You need to be in SKA to win when the news comes.

News on the project injection into Shuka has to be fast approaching, the deal has to be a good one for the credibility of the new management team as it will be their 1st across the 3 stable of listed entities.

I think we will be very surprised over the quality of the project being injected and the upside it will clearly deliver.

I see todays RNS as nothing more than housekeeping, they clearly want shot of Rukwa, it's non core.

The real news is yet to come and would urge readers to listen to this interview from last week, Shuka is, in effect, a shell company awaiting new project injection, that is imminent.

Todays sellers will be kicking themselves soon enough if all goes to plan.

Investors are not buying Shuka for Rukwa, eventually it will be disposed of IMO.

You have to look at the incoming project which seems close to conclusion with all due diligence completed. Jason Brewer said he was having meetings this week with Ministers and possibly the President of one African country on Shuka business.

This company is backed by a billionaire, there will be no bucket shop placings and management already hold 50% with warrants that expire in May priced at 25p.
