I bought a few more today - a while since I'd previously bought any of my previous three tranches and around the same share price, however its about 3 turns lower current year PE. Without wanting to tempt fate, this feel stupidly cheap at the moment

rue, yes I realise that and always double check. Cantor included yesterday's RNS for Lifitegrast. This one is definitely kosher :-)

Phil, did you know those news bot sites are automated and just post the same stuff over and over? Some of their "stories" can be months old.

Important to reflect on the support levels here for future reference. Looks like 3790p was strong. I had predicted 3780p.

Still think a bid is imminent at these prices.

Depends on whether the ADRs lend support.Tempted to believe we're on the turn.18 months ago,we were around these levels and rallied substantially thereafter.

Nice start, however it's tended to sell off late in the day recently.

Justice, why so cynical - if the share price is swinging low, take advantage and accumulate yourself, it's a great opportunity.

Something clearly keeping this down, suppressing the share price Legal or illegal that is the question!
Buyer accumulating at rock-bottom prices?
No reason given for the fall from 4400p to sub 3800p now.

RSI has dived from 60 July-end to just 25 now. That's a lot of shares that have been dumped.

Vultures were circling at 4300p according to the Evening Standard so must be closing in now at 3790p....

Lol your % for last week, given some of the falls.

Yes the last two nights were quality, 4x100 was the highlight for me,
Adam Gemili's run was a stunner.

Morning EI, are we talking about the athletics last night ? Those relays were fantastic. Laviai Nielsen smashed that 2nd leg for the women , she is going to be a superstar. Had two very fit portuguse women athletes sitting one side of me as a bonus , with my lovely wife the other side :-D

Brilliant evening.

Not convinced I'm afraid. One share traded only, left the ADRs around $156 .I do agree with Philanderer. The speed with which this stock has fallen post a pretty regular set of results is bizarre. It looks like complete manipulation. Is a rain of US governmental indignation falling upon the only too clever Irish domiciled Shire for its use of tax breaks and the very audacity of acquiring Baxalta.

Well guys this could be significant or it could be a glitch.

Shire in the US closed up after hours by 5.51%

148.61 -1.36 (-0.91%)
After Hours: 156.80 +8.18 (5.51%)

There was also a rise into the close and a lot of buying.

What do you make of it?
