Yep, SHPG on Nasdaq closing pretty much unchanged from London closing price.

I do think Dixons Carphone has been overly savaged! KGF, ITV, MKS, RMG, CNA are all pretty much at 5-10 year lows.

As for Shire finished up in the US for a change despite the DOW crashing and last day to buy for the dividend tomorow.

Passed on Coats earlier this year when they were 55p as they had already doubled. Mistake.
Hollywood Bowl, PFD have potential.

Bought and sold AVON earlier this year.

Got a stack of DOM , mainly bought about nine years ago at around 40p equivalent if you take the share split into consideration. Looking to hang on to all of them :-)

Recently bought some COA , worth a look.

As usual we followed the DOW down with quite a sell off here this afternoon. Funny how the DOW never follows the pattern of the FTSE!

Utilities helped turn my portfolio to a gain of 0.25% today

Had a small holding in Dominos which I got rid of today - not sure if you are holding any? Not happy with the sudden surge in shorts there >7% now & across several funds. Dominos is also trading on a P/E around 20 despite slowing growth. I may be wrong but I reckon the market wants to see the P/E down to around 15. You may want to look into Avon Rubber - tipped this month by Motley Fool. Had not heard of it before but looks solid.

I thought drug companies were seen as defensive? All getting hammered today especially this as usual. Beginning to think something is not right here and the company is not telling us. Very poor.

Yeah Shire had a low RSI, it's a good technical signal for oversold conditions.

Hope the rally continues next week.
