Quiet since results, but good upgrade in forward earnings forecasts by NUMIS on 25 July. Any earnings enhancing acquistions should push down forward p/e and give upward pressure on share price Strong ambitions at IPO. A share to buy and hold IMHO.

This share is driven up and down by AT coded buys and sells depending on which way general movement is. Wouldn't be surprised to see buys in similar style in a couple of days once it has been driven down a bit more.

Remember tipped by Telegraph last week on results. May be mentioned in SCSW this week. High ambitions in terms of growth with cash in the bank to help. Wonder when next acquistion will be announced.

It was doing so well, possibly a break-out, and then the share price drops today...any ideas as to why people are selling?

NUMIS forecast 18/7 of EPS 13.1p for next year and 14.8p for 2008. But cash in the bank from flotation, plus substantial loan facility for earnings enhancing niche acquistions. Hence plenty of scope for upgrading of forecasts over next period. Also note pension position some £6m+ better than anticipated at IPO in March which again should help bottom line over next year or two.

Agreed! Should be able to take out that previous high. BD's 250p target will also need to be revised. Almost worrying that the forecast was upgraded and yet still so low - £5.2m or 37% out. Market conditions permitting, this looks good for a run now to the 290's. Seemingly very little PI interest so far, which is a huge positive for me.

Morning Mr P.
PBT of £14.1m according to that sharewatch doc.
Not encouraging that the results aren't out yet though.

Scott Wilson (SWG) 208p
FT : Support Services
Scott Wilson has issued a year end trading update
ahead of results on 20 July. This indicated a strong
underlying performance with two major contracts
since the group's listing in March (namely the
Crossrail contract and Edinburgh Airport rail link)
adding £30m to the order book which now stands at
a record £200m.
Scott Wilson also announced the earnings
enhancing acquisition of a minority holding in
Pavement Engineering for £0.63m cash.
For the year ended on 30 April, Brewin has
upgraded its forecast slightly to £10.2m pretax (eps
12.2p) but that is largely irrelevant given the capital
structure that existed prior to float. Unsurprisingly,
as we noted in our recent main write-up, forecasts
are being upgraded to £14.1m pretax this year and
£15.8m next year. Eps is being upgraded by 22%
and 19% to 12.9p and 14.5p, respectively. Brewin's
target price is 250p. The shares didn't flinch in the
May sell-off. Hold.
