Cheers for that and appreciate others comments.I'd be surprised if there wasn't a serious offer emerge sometime in the next twelve months.In the very near term, I'd like to think there will be further contract news before Xmas or early in the New Year, given the comments regarding specific customer budgets and the timing!

Thanks Martin. CFO on investor call also talked about share buy backs. I suspect a bid will come in the next year.

Well done for holding Brand Architekts, Chris - A shrewd acquisition for W7L in my view. Bound to be synergy savings, cost base was holding back BA's share price.

Hopefully someone will come in for SWG eventually!

100% premium takeover for one of my other holdings, just shows the scope of undervaluation in some stocks and SWG is a prime example.......

Good catch up with management last Friday and I'll try and get a write up out later in the week.
Suffice to say, the Government contracts are a mix of their own software product alongside a reseller element.

They also confirmed given the current paltry valuation there has been some knocking on the door. Obviously limited in what they could say on this front, but it would appear to me that these have been early opportunistic approaches that haven't warranted further consideration.
I will however, hopefully expand on this along with other aspects of the business in the piece when I post.

If Brookcourt is still the main value in the group it needs to grow to increase top line and bottom line.
