Exactly Redhill.

AG, it would appear that I overestimated your mental wattage. Please accept my apologies.

I can't beleive you are all still replying and debating with AG, you are only encouraging him.

He is always changing his argument of doom and cherry picking numbers to suit his position.

The skill of a good investor is to change your view as the facts change not keep on the same entrenched position regardless.

I have no doubt that cash is very tight at Shanta, but the company is very carefully managing the situation. With Illunga $8m capital spend now behind us and with POG 1400 the cashflow / debt over the next 6-18 mths should continue to improve.

Plus a there is potential for a partial or full VAT rebate in the next few months.

Everything is looking good. Trust the management.

AG

I guess it is a non cash provision as the contract will eventually have to be fulfilled.

Yes I know but the volume is poor considering it has been tipped which suggests that those readers of IC who are likely to buy in at this stage have already done so based on previous tips.
