16/7/2019 06:14 | Your stories are good for yourself before going to bed, AG | 338
15/7/2019 12:15 | Black is white, up is down, in is out. Welcome to AGville! | jc2706
15/7/2019 11:45 | Also you state that Luika UG is fully depleted yet Shanta have plans to drill further down. Am i reading a different RNS to you ? | redhill
15/7/2019 11:42 | Sorry ag.I mistakenly thought you were acknowledging the fact that life of mine has increased from 2.5 years in 2012 to over 5 years now.Surely thats an increase in assets! | redhill
15/7/2019 11:31 | Bye bye AG, SHG is going have no debt soon | 338
15/7/2019 10:28 | So Ag they have grown their assets. Glad you have realised at last. | redhill
15/7/2019 09:30 | I can't see that either. Is the Government seriously going to take a stake in all these companies? | jc2706
15/7/2019 09:24 | not sure govt would be the taker. but if ACA piece gets sorted, then this should IMO be an attractive asset. Maybe for Barrick? Let's hope much of that background macro risk gets sorted so that true value can "out" here.... thanks re price Redhill. cheers | qs99
15/7/2019 09:16 | Jasper2712 So how would that work then? All companies owed a vat refund would be obliged to give TZ government a stake ? Hardly seems feasible bearing in mind the companies owed money are quite a mixture and obviously not just a few miners. | redhill
15/7/2019 09:04 | Would not be surprised if the TZ government want a slice of the pie. Conversion of the VAT into equity is more likely | jasper2712
15/7/2019 08:45 | I see little chance of a takeover currently, longer LOM or otherwise. The political situation would need to change before that is likely. | jc2706
15/7/2019 08:28 | Real money spent on exploration could significantly increase the life of the mine which would do wonders for the share price . Makes case for a takeover . Lets hope value starts to get recognised | juju44
15/7/2019 08:25 | QS99, I agree. The LOM is likely to be much longer owing to the resources continuing to be discovered. I recall that one of the longest producing mines in the US has never had reserves of more than a couple of years and yet has been producing for decades. | jc2706
15/7/2019 08:22 | This RNS is good news . Shanta always falls on news | juju44
15/7/2019 08:21 | QS99 Price is unchanged at the moment.only showed differently on friday close due to a ut trade. | redhill
15/7/2019 08:13 | all good points. But also, with more $s on exploration, this mine life could get extended much much more from what I am reading/inferring. DYOR etc. BUT true to form, great RNS, increasing POT and price down! | qs99
15/7/2019 08:04 | It is a very useful addition to the resources and at a very low cost. I would point out for balance that the cost per ounce of adding resource ounces is usually quoted from scratch for gold miners rather than in converting from inferred to indicated. As such, this is not directly comparable with other miners (Chaarat, for example, quote about $16/oz as far as I recall but this would not be comparable). Another salient point is that the conversion to indicated is for a reduced number of ounces. I think that this is a useful reminder that mining is not a simple process and that the levels quoted for resources are very much an indication of the confidence of the outcome. | jc2706
15/7/2019 07:35 | The next 12 month drilling result should add on another 1.5 years life of mine to 2027 if the conversion rate is about 60% . | deanmatlazin
15/7/2019 07:31 | Just think it shows what "could be" with more exploration budget.....DYOR | qs99 |
