02/4/2019 17:00 | "You could easily arrange the above costs up to have $6+m paid out at the start of the quarter -- we don't know if they do that or not -- but certainly some businesses do." No we don't know so its all pure speculation. All we really know is the value of loan repayments and interest every quarter. I'm sure the finance director has it all under control. | redhill
02/4/2019 16:21 | AG, The problem is you are the goldfish. | jc2706
02/4/2019 16:19 | That would have been y'day! | goodgrief
02/4/2019 16:10 | Anyone know the date in April we don't repay the $5 million convertibles as all the money has been spent on yachts, fast cars and fast women ! | redhill
02/4/2019 16:05 | So in your world the payment for gold always comes in at the end of the quarter. LOL | redhill
02/4/2019 14:11 | Well, soon we will have the (real world) Q1 numbers. Of course, they won't stop the AG fantasy world translation but those of us that live in this world (the one where depreciation is not a cash item amongst other things) should appreciate them. | jc2706
02/4/2019 12:35 | On the other hand they could delay paying the bills a few day longer so your scenario doesn't really hold much water. You are assuming that $9 million isn't really $9 million but we shall see. The fact that the Company is willing to double the exploration budget suggests to be that your theory isn't correct. Not the actions of a Company with a tight cash flow. | redhill
02/4/2019 11:56 | JC2706 LOL | redhill
02/4/2019 11:49 | Credibility? I think that we are way beyond that. | jc2706
02/4/2019 11:47 | Redtrend It would be a very quiet forum without Ag. I think he feels he has to get this right and Shanta go bust for his own credibility. | redhill
02/4/2019 11:41 | The $5 million convertibles are not due to be repaid until this quarter. The Capex you are just guessing. Best wait for the figures to come out then you can tear holes in them ! | redhill
02/4/2019 11:36 | JC - indeed the irony was not lost on me! I try to limit my responses only to correcting Ag's more insidious nonsense and lies and of course never ask questions (unless rhetorical), as it is simply futile exercise to expect any reason or balance. The posting has become so incessant and unhinged, posting non-stop and far more than even those invested, it's got to the stage a moderated forum is required, as others have suggested. | redtrend
02/4/2019 11:17 | To quote Redtrend: "Why are you entertaining him?!" This was just before Redtrend started entertaining him. | jc2706
02/4/2019 11:14 | ag "Thus, the assumption is that whatever the income was spent on in 2018 - it is also spent on in 2019." You can't assume that. Did they not spend money on TSF 2 ? This last quarter they would have repaid loans & interest of some $4.5 million (Fact) Its a fair assumption that they made $12-13 million from the sale of gold last quarter. That leaves some $7.5 million for development etc. How that was spent we shall soon find out as i don't have the figures for development spending on Illunga. I would expect to see an increase in the cash balance though. | redhill
02/4/2019 11:10 | Bored now. | jc2706 |
