I agree as well but, have reduced my holdings down to 200k and am waiting to see what TCW says in upcoming meeting. (Reduction due to more luck than judgement though lol!)
If no licence yet but forthcoming of which I have 100% confidence, I may well sell down following the old sell in May adage (even though it will be late June!).
If however we get licence then, or a big hint carrot' it could come anytime as opposed to 'likely in Q3' then I may hang around or even buy more?
In the meantime, I think 60p is an important 'psychological barrier' and if broken, we could see share price down to early fifties?

I totaly agree, but at the moment there is doubt, and markets hate doubt, and with Trump in charge in the USA, nobody as confidence that he will approve of the OFAC licence thats why the share price is falling.

'O ye , of little faith'?

T.C.W. is one of of the U.K. most successful oilmen with a long career in the oil

industry, starting and developing two previous succesful companies. Serica is his

third company and after bringing it back from the dead in the last 4 years with the

Erskine deal and now also if the BKR can be can be brought to a satisfactory

conclusion. This will probably his last venture and I'm sure he will want to go out

with his record intact.

If any one is interested if 60p breaks the share price will go to at least 53p and if that doesnt hold it could go back to test the gap at 40p

Here's hoping for a positive update at least? I'm down to 200k of these so selfishly would like it a bit delayed, so I can try and get back in lol!

Agm coming up, 28th June, and hopefully some news, an OFAC licence would be nice and see 80p+ quuck smart. Imho this is the last piece in the puzzle. The Aberdeen HQ is lined up, recruitment has been ongoing, and the BP staff all set to transfer over.

Guidance for completion is Q3, which is fast approaching.

The wait is nearly over.

If it looks like ramp it probably is. I was just stating facts as I see them

the original deal was to be completed by end of june but as there had been

sanctions applied previously I believe BP obtained extra time to wrap it up
