08/11/2016 13:51 | While waiting for Schroders 8.3, assuming they still have a position above 1%, we do know they sold some because of their 16th September holdings notice disclosing they went below 5% (in fact down to 4.987%). | 1gw
08/11/2016 13:29 | The good thing about a takeover period is that the evidence is there for all to see. Major shareholders on 28th July, after the 35p/share capital raise were listed in the annual report as: 15.9% Henderson 11.6% Liontrust 7.4% Schroders 6.5% Jonathan Green 4.5% Michael Sherwood 4.1% Danske Bank With the 8.3's already published, we know the holdings as of Friday were: 15.1% Henderson 11.5% Liontrust 4.5% Michael Sherwood 4.0% Danske Bank with Shroders' and Jonathan Green's initial positions still awaited. So no evidence of significant selling by major holders ahead of Friday's rns. In fact as we know Henderson's bought a load more shares when the price dropped (transaction of 15th September) and subsequently sold back down when the price recovered a bit (more details in post 2105). Today we have the first evidence of what the major holders did when the price spiked on Monday and we can see Henderson took some off the table above 25p. | 1gw

08/11/2016 12:53 | Where have all the rampers gone? | ohdearohdearohdear
08/11/2016 12:48 | Re hor-fra check out the recent rns,s ii have been selling into this rise.i am not saying this is a scam to get out, i am saying it's a possibility. And that pi,s have to be aware of this, and to keep an eye on the holdings rns over the next few weeks. | csjcsl2
08/11/2016 12:45 | csjcsl2, that is simply not true. The only institution that has been trading this recently is Henderson Group: they went from holding ~ 15% to ~18% when the share price was around 10p (they were BUYING). Then they sold some into the rise (around 20p) and some yesterday at 25p. Their holding is now 14.58%. | hor_fra
08/11/2016 12:38 | csjcsl2, so your post at 12:03 was just... nonsense? not the mention the one at 12:05! | hor_fra
08/11/2016 12:36 | 1gw, institutions sold this all the way down to a year low of 9.75p, what does that tell you. if this takeover dosent happen, sepu could go bankrupt. | csjcsl2
08/11/2016 12:26 | re hor-fra, we will have to wait and see. holding rns will be coming out over the next few weeks. keep an eye on them. | csjcsl2
08/11/2016 12:22 | As I said yesterday throughout all of the rampant ramping. 22p bid - maximum. IMHO. | ohdearohdearohdear
08/11/2016 12:10 | csjcs12 - well the nice thing about the Hendersons rns is that it shows they were apparently not prepared to sell below 25p yesterday, doesn't it? | 1gw
08/11/2016 12:08 | csjcsl2, who else is offloading? | hor_fra
08/11/2016 12:06 | Yes but this morning's Hendersons 8.3 is the first that shows what anyone has done since the takeover rns, isn't it? | 1gw
08/11/2016 12:05 | sp just about to drop through the floor, get your money back if you can | csjcsl2
08/11/2016 12:03 | go through the holdings rns, and you will see a number of institutions are offloading stock | csjcsl2
08/11/2016 11:59 | yes, they went from 15.07% to 14.58%. | hor_fra
08/11/2016 11:56 | Yes, that's the beauty of the takeover reporting requirement. You get to see how positions change on a daily basis and what price transactions are being done at. For anyone who hasn't read down that far, have a look at section 3 (Dealings) of today's Hendersons 8.3 to see what price they put their sales through at. Have to wait a day or two though to see if there's a pattern - whether they are selling down or just trading up and down. | 1gw
08/11/2016 11:45 | Anyone else noticed the Henderson's form 8.3 in todays RNS? looks like they have sold a load of shares around the 25p mark - | sh1984
08/11/2016 11:44 | re scapital..i would have to disagree, the directors bought as you say, but only a month ago, they issued a trading statement, stating that revenues unexpectitley will come in 60% lower that they previously thought. this says to me they dont know the company as well as they should do.. | csjcsl2
08/11/2016 11:41 | anyone thinking a bid above 40 - 50p is living in cuckoo landthe price had been 60-50p for months and not one sniff of a bid. Only when it's dropped to sub 20p was there any interest. That tells you everything you need. Bid between here and 30p. Directors will either reject or try negotiate to 35-40 to minimise loss.. but not to their long term holders. | btfd
08/11/2016 11:40 | Well that's the risk we take when we invest in shares. Personally I'm sitting on a stack of them at 18.4p and I am willing to take that chance. | gregsc
08/11/2016 11:36 | Directors know the business inside out and bought £850k worth of shares just three months ago. You're now suggesting they're ramping the price to be able to get their money out at a 40% loss? | scapital
08/11/2016 11:30 | Sepu is in financial trouble, company puts out a report someone is interested in buying us, share price moves up big time, which give an opportunity for them in the know to sell into the rise. Be careful here this could be a scam to get out. | csjcsl2 |
