The Hytera RNS is a regulatory obligation, it says nothing new, all it does is confirm what we already know, that they are in discussions about a cash takeover, it makes it absolutely clear that there is no 'offer' at present and they may walk away.

The Chinese like things cheap, current events,M especially Trump winning in the US plays to them in their negotiating stance.

Too risky at this share price even to have a gamble at present, those that got mega- excited and ramping at 25p are still talking this up, we shall see.

But they still hold a lot

In this situation it would break all FSA rules for the company to be discussing any offer details not in the public domain to even its biggest investors. - but does the FSA ever act, of course it doesn't , but if it is doing the right thing good for them.

Tomorrow should be very interesting here and I can't believe I am saying this , I might just buy a few thousand £ worth ;-)

NO they did not. They sold 1.782 million shares yesterday, at a price > 25, and they still own 54,111,298. And this is the *only* institutional selling.

Desperate about what apf? Have you seen the share price? I called this overvalued when the price rose to 27p on the back of relentless ramping - the price is now 20.5p. Could you tell me what I might be desperate about please?

Regardless. 22p is the short term maximum. 10p is the short term minimum.

22p is the very best case. If talks fail (as they often do).............back down to 10p. So the short term range is 10p - 22p. At the current 20p it does look as if the risk/reward is massively skewed to the negative.

This deal has already been done,, goon..and will be anywhere inbetween 25-35p dependant on results/current cash in the bank(unless you already know those results that is). Until then the II's will claw back some of their losses by manipulating trades..

Only a little over 3 weeks for Hytera to announce their intent.

As Sepura have been expecting a bid and have a data room setup I'd expect an announcement (either go or no-go) much sooner than 2nd December. Possibly next week?
