Well done SNR, this should not be sold for less than 300p!

Doh.....Just got back. I can't believe these nobs have turned down 2 quid a share. Looking back on the lifetime of the chart this has traded under £2 a dam sight longer than over £2. Just got to hope someone else comes in. Gutted

COVID is like one of those horror movie franchises with multiple sequels
where the main character keeps coming back, hopefully we are now over the worst in the UK, at least re previous peaks.

The Board is confident that continuing to focus on its
strategy will deliver significantly more value to shareholders over the
medium-term.

Personally think the board was foolish not to accept the offer of 200, it will take years to to get to £2 now, the uncertainty of vivid will last for years.

Bought back in, small amount only as if this bid fails to see £2 again
will take take, may be multi year. Delta variant has arguably further pushed
out the timeframe for sector recovery.

200p now is a good price IMHO - we have just had Brexit, 737max issue, Trump tariffs, Covid-19. There are bound to be more "challenges" in future. "Time and chance happeneth to all things" I seem to remember.

Hi Elpirata. I haven't been to Skiathos or Skopelos but will check them out. Went by Blue Star Ferries from Santorini to Naxos. Only took a couple of hours. It was so smooth we barely knew we were moving. Those Greek Islands are wonderful. Amazing beaches and really pretty towns and villages.

The management should accept this offer of £2/share.

Pre Boeing Max issues it was only just above 200. So 200 now seems crazy not to accept if 2024/25 is when operationally it will be back at a similar business level.

MRO today: "While it remains too early to state with certainty, there are also some encouraging signs for the Aerospace Division that the start of a recovery for that sector is in sight. "

Still seems a couple of years at least till we are back to pre-covid levels.

If the offer 200p is turned down will be interesting to see how far the share price retraces,.. maybe 120-130p.

sooty, yeah Santorini ok for a day or two only, but did you get the seacat over from there to Ios, quiet, unspoilt & stunning beaches. Apart from that, Skiathos & Skopelos my favourites

NY Boy. Which Greek island do you prefer? I kinda like Naxos. Satorini is really pretty but a little over commercialised imo. Really didn't like Mykonos. Far too expensive and full of posers. Good luck Sooty

Picked up a load more 147p, playing the long game, will check back on progress in Q3/4, until then, back to an idyllic Greek Island…think of me slumming it in paradise.

HYDE,IAG,NEX all starting big upside recovery moves, think a few years down the line!
