Five days to go before the update. No new OEM contracts in more than 12 months. The KPI's for vehicle installs may meet or better target, but the conversion rate against the trumpeted market size and received RFQ's is awful. Granted the OEM controls the timelines and we haven't seen many wins from our competitors although they have announced more deals than us recently, but it's hard to explain why an OEM would RFQ and then not do anything with it?

Paul arrived if my memory serves me with 6 imminent RFQ's to be awarded. I don't know what happened to those, but in one of the last internal interviews he did he said they were working on 12 RFQ's, but still nothing new is closed out.

I'd like Seeing Machines to do another Investor Meet or Town Hall in the UK, because the lack of news isn't reflected in their hyped up view around the market size and opportunities they claim to be working on.

Does anybody know the headcount at Seeing Machines, Smarteye and Cipia? It would be interesting to see which company is delivering a better bang for a buck. There's no point employing 700 people if we are losing out to companies that employ a fraction of that number. The size of the company should reflect on their market share if all things are equal.

I think we will get more hype and jam tomorrow next week, but I so hope they beat expectations.

They have been recorded as working with NZI (New Zealand) IUM (South Africa) and NTI (Australia) but I would like to think there are multiple others. Thatcham research have published numerous articles on DMS and directly mentioned SEE ….

Do Seeing make sure the insurance industry is aware of improved safety from installing these products?

It's not totally clear to me whether sales via the Magna mirrors come via Seeing Machines sales team or the Magna sales team? When Paul states that they are working on 12 RFQ'S I don't know if they could be for OEM's via Magna or via another tier 1.

It could be that we have received 4 RFQ'S via 4 tier 1's, but for one OEM program.

With the Magna mirror solution the time taken to get into production reduces significantly imo. It's basically a plug and play system with a few individual tweaks needed for each model.

I don't think they announce individual ones anyway.

Im not aware of anyone else claiming big contract wins recently. So all dms/oms suppliers are in the same boat oddly enough?

Timely post, thank you. Reminds us of the enormous potential.
I recall Seeing signed up with Samsung a few years ago.

The performance of the company is so very disappointing. We may have cars hitting the road now and in the near future, but we haven't won a new OEM contract in more than a year. If a program takes 2, 3 or 4 years to implement then any new contracts are years away from adding real revenues.

Last year they stated they were working on 12 RFQ's, but not a single one has been won or announced.

Contracts already announced and about to be delivered are old news and demonstrate the timeliness from announcement to revenue generation. It's a long process.

We're supposed to be in the second phase of another billion dollar market size. The first billion never arrived and the second billion hasn't arrived yet either.

We're fast heading towards Q4 and we have no news on Guardian 3 or orders.

We're 10 months on from the Italian Job and talk of an imminent 330 aircraft order.

The August updates needs to address all of these issues and for Paul to either deliver or shut up. His hyped up comments aren't helping himself, the company o4 investors.

Something doesn't smell right. I don't know what it is, but something stinks. Maybe new players are stealing our lunch? Maybe the regulatory deadlines and market size isn't what we've been told? After all the americas market for example haven't agreed to any regulatory requirement for DMS / OMS.

Next two weeks might see the company starting to move from the interminable foothills to basecamp 1 and ready for the final long ascent to profitability.

Let’s hope the numbers when they arrive don’t disappoint…

Good articles. I expect Seeing Machines to take the majority of this market. There isn't anything that competes with it as far as I can see.
Maybe Tesla will have to change their strategy.

Nice 10%+ reversal from the bottom, these were very much in oversold territory and the trading update surely must enforce those thoughts ... we will see.
