agree this is interesting...

"After receiving a non-binding verbal acceptance in respect of c. A$120m from Magna International Inc., in response to a recent RFQ process, Seeing Machines' cumulative Automotive order book totals c. A$310m. "

PrimaryBid can't put shares into your ISA or SIPP as they have no idea how much of your annual allowances you have remaining. Hate it all you like, but I don't see a way around this that isn't an admin nightmare. I'd rather get offered to take part in placings via GIA than not at all.

Is it “new” news that they are pursuing a dual listing or was this already known? Apologies i don’t know SEE well but it popped up in my primarybid alerts

I've also just noticed that you can't apply though PrimaryBid online anymore - it has to be via their APP.

They'll probably fall back to 11p as the PrimaryBid sequential traders get out.

PrimaryBid is no good for my SIPP either - or my ISA, which is fully funded for this year.

I hate PrimaryBid!

It's this bit for me that sounds incredible!! I wonder who it is??!!!Following strong commercial progress and feedback to recent RFQ processes, the Company has increased confidence on both the quantum of its total pipeline of opportunities and its ability to convert a significant portion of this pipeline into formal, legally binding orders. After receiving a non-binding verbal acceptance in respect of c. A$120m from Magna International Inc., in response to a recent RFQ process, Seeing Machines' cumulative Automotive order book totals c. A$310m. Whilst the Directors are extremely encouraged by any non-binding verbal acceptances that the Company receives (with the majority of these progressing to formalised documentation), on occasion certain verbal acceptances do not result in actual orders. Accordingly, the Company will only announce RFQ wins once the formal, legally binding documentation has been executed.

Not if its drawdown unfortunately, this is increasingly the way companies are raising funds, and I have used them for new issues in my trading account.

Skinny - you can do a "put through" trade to your SIPP if you open a general trading account with your SIPP provider. Interactive Investor do it for £49 plus about £30 in additional spread for the marketmaker

Through Primary bid - thus excluding those of us that hold in a SIPP.

After-market close RNS

'Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces its intention to carry out a non-pre-emptive fundraise by way of a placing (the "Placing"), subscription (the "Subscription") and retail offer via the PrimaryBid platform (the "Retail Offer" and, together with the Placing and the Subscription, the "Fundraise") through the issue and allotment of a minimum of 270,361,608 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 11 pence per new Ordinary Share (the "Issue Price") to raise gross proceeds for the Company of a minimum of US$40.0 million (£29.7 million).'

This share price is absolutely ready for 15p+ on any substantial news, just not an underplayed RNS with no A$ dollars attached like we last saw. If the company want to be taken seriously by the market all they have to do is provide guidance of how their booked business now looks compared to when it was first RNS'd.

For example the contract value stated on RNS’s are between A$125 to A$159 as claimed by the company RNS's. In the Proactive Investors interview of 3rd February our CEO said: “License revenues from vehicle production has increased materially" and “that the new RFQ’s won are producing revenue earlier than expected”. So the original guidance has changed, new models have been announced within these original wins.

All he has to do is provide the market with updated guidance, sure this will be largely guesswork, but every bit as much as the original figures given. On top of this Paul announced a year ago that A$900 million of RFQ's were being worked on a year ago, how about an update on that?

None of these needs to name the companies involved so NDA's are not broken. S2020 (on LSE) has written to the company asking for more detail, so it might happen.

Any of this will cause the share price to rise and into Blue Sky where previous trading cannot cap any rises.

There would have to be a very strong outlook statement for our share price to exceed 15p by next Friday ( eg revenue so far in FY22 exceeds the whole of FY21) - or an unwelcomed ( by me )opportunistic bid .

Again, how good is this, just to remind us that SEE are heavily involved in the testing requirents for the tech,'

Fatigue interventions currently at a record high, suggesting more vehicles connected to Guardian ,which continues to do its job effectively, thereby creating compelling marketing data for compelling new customers to sign contracts & existing clients,(particularly recent wins ,eg, Eroad & Shell) to retrofit as many of their vehicles as quickly as possible.I expect Fleet news to be very positive next week.
