20/10/2021 10:15 | Minuscule volumes prove (to me at least) that no one can understand why the company has announced that it will delay the publication of full audited results (which would ordinarily be a big RED flag without the paragraph assuring investors that the results will be in line with previous guidance). Therefore the delay may either to conclude a positive scenario (various possibilities) or to try and resolve other major negative (non-financial) issues. In the meantime, almost everyone is sitting on their hands.Rarely a dull moment as a long term SEE shareholder! | tarrant77
19/10/2021 08:36 | Some resistance at 10p but provides a nice area to accumulate before the next leg up which imo is only a matter of time. | amelio
18/10/2021 16:14 | interesting figures with out the report! Eye Tracking Market was valued at USD 527.91 million in 2019 and is projected to reach USD 3173.15 million by 2027 | hazl
18/10/2021 08:00 | Disappointing that Results are delayed until 24/11,although RNS confirmed results will be in line with the year end trading update.Had the delays been due to Auditor issues that would have been mentioned & it would be interesting to now the reason for the delay -which may become apparent in the fullness of time & hopefully for positive reasons-although The Market may not like the delay . | base7
15/10/2021 19:59 | lfc - If you need to get the SEE out of your SIPP, change broker!! | pldazzle
15/10/2021 19:20 | thanks. it's HL, where the mentality is pretty much, "computer says yes", or, as in this case, "computer says no". | lfc4ever
15/10/2021 14:58 | lfc4ever - Here's my understanding: Depending (I guess) on who your broker is, they may be able to arrange what's called a "put through". Briefly, this means that your SIPP sells to the market and, simultaneously, you personally buy from the market. Both at mid-market price plus/minus a minimal turn, and with only one set of broker's commission. I gather this is quite permissible under SIPP rules as they now stand: the intervention of an independent third party [the market] ensures that the deal is demonstrably at arm's length. (By contrast, an "agency cross" would involve a sale and purchase directly between you and your SIPP, with no third party intervention, and thus would not have the same protection.) I'm not an expert on this, but do check with your broker. | pldazzle
15/10/2021 13:17 | A nice problem to have! :-) | skinny
15/10/2021 13:12 | "The spread should narrow as the day progresses. you could only transfer shares from your SIPP to yourself by withdrawing part of your SIPP which could result in a tax charge, unless you are over 55 & take your tax free lump sum ( or part of it ) & invest the proceeds into SEE,either via your ISA or trading account. If you believe that our share price has a long way to go ( up) owning via ISAs makes total sense as all growth will be tax free" Thanks. The problem is that the size of my holding in SEE within SIPP is that from here any significant growth is likely to go trhough the lifetime allowance | lfc4ever

15/10/2021 10:02 | What's the European annual sales of HGVs, somewhere around a of quarter million I believe. | amelio
15/10/2021 09:45 | The establishment of a European sales operation is a major step forward. And to think it's just down the road from DAF HQ and their production factory in Eindhoven. Next year will be huge for the industry as the EU requirement for this product takes grip. | amelio
15/10/2021 08:31 | The spread should narrow as the day progresses. you could only transfer shares from your SIPP to yourself by withdrawing part of your SIPP which could result in a tax charge, unless you are over 55 & take your tax free lump sum ( or part of it ) & invest the proceeds into SEE,either via your ISA or trading account. If you believe that our share price has a long way to go ( up) owning via ISAs makes total sense as all growth will be tax free | base7
15/10/2021 08:22 | does anyone know if there is anyway of moving shares from SIPP to ISA or ordinary dealing account, without just selling and buying in the market? Is there anyway of effectively selling to yourself? Interestingly, there is much more liquidity here than I have seen before- HL quoting firm prices to both sell and buy 1million shares (with a bid/offer spread of about 0.5p, unfortunately). | lfc4ever
14/10/2021 18:40 | Amsterdam seems like a great location to service our Shell account & the Dutchman seems to have a very strong CV at the highest levels .Our UK team ,whatever it consists of ,has done poorly in recent years & needs to report to someone with more gravitas & experience | base7
14/10/2021 14:56 | Oh no reason, why should the UK team now be reporting to a Dutchman, what possible advantage could that hold! | tradermel
14/10/2021 14:43 | Trader, whats brexit got to do with an Australian company selling in Europe? | stuart4u
14/10/2021 11:03 | "You do wonder what its going to take to move the price" - real contract news with $$$'s attached. When that happens a re-rate is on the cards. The Shell news is great but relatively small, and as for the EU office opening, that should have happened when the UK left the EU. The good news is that none of the opposition are making real news, and SEYE's recent tiny win didn't do much for their share price which stands at a 1 year low. | tradermel
13/10/2021 10:35 | Indeed, very reliable with news updates - thank you! | aconceptisabrick
