Forget about leadership. I really don’t think there is an issue. I think the fundamentals are good. Cheap stock. Keep your mouths closed.

Never did like KK,seems like a managment fallout for KK and Boyer to resign with immediate effect, don't slam the door on the way boys.Paul McGlone since joining SEE only 6 months ago and reviewing the fleet business has made some important changes like reducing the fleet team by over 30% to reduce costs, reset terms to improve cashflow and monthly service fees,Guardian units are now COD so no waiting for payment, agreed timescale contracts for the installation of units sold. The agreement with TVG is a good move as they have over 300,000 vehicles in europe,if EU law requires DMS in all vehicles this must be good for SEE.The fundraise was already on the cards before McGlone joined but he is now trying to reduce the cashburn and has made changes to agreements to help cashflow, lets just hope someone like Softbank don't make a cheap bid as they have billions US$ invested in GM cruise.

Thanks for the correction though the veracity of my assertions still stand.

I've lost money over the years buying SEE but I've bought heavy since the placing with an average of 3.3p as I believe the chart's bottomed out. I believe the upside risk is greater than the downside risk and therefore happy that the odds are in my (and other investors) favour

'more bad news on the way'? What an ignorant statement to make. What do you know that the placing participants don't know? They've just raised £30m from investors. I'd say that's a statement of intent. Yes, it was discounted but investors have dug deep and coughed up £30m. That's not pocket change. These investors would not have invested such a large outlay if there 'was more bad news on the way'. I'd say Lombard etal know more than some ADVFN poster about what is around the corner and I suspect we have some decent news on the way as indicated by the raise of £30m

I believe SEE DMS will become gold standard DMS as per Super Cruise.

The market value of SEE is £72m
Cash is around £35m+
You get the rest of the entire business for £37m. Yes, £37m for a business that's got 20 years of research knowledge, contracts with blue chip automakers extending well into the next few decades and other assortments like Fleet, aviation and no doubt other applications

SEE DMS is proven, safer and at the cutting edge of DMS with Super Cruise. No other auto company's got a system like Super Cruise operating in the real world that does what it does and GM are gonna expand its reach and enhance DMS capabilities

There's only expansion ahead though I see a bid before end 2019 to gain access to those juicy auto-contracts like GM etal

There is no debt and 50% of MC is covered by cash so financially safe.

Yes RJ but cash burn is enormous so that 50% is going to reduce rapidly.

I have toyed amt but have decided that the investment case still remains and that I will reassess after the summer. There is no debt and 50% of MC is covered by cash so financially safe.

It might be exactly what is required... the mgt have been too conservative to date and have completely let all optimism and excitement go... hopefully someone new can bring that back.

Might also be time to Base new management in the UK....

Lombard increasing their stake yesterday together with today's large buys suggests that The Market is more relaxed about Kens departure than seemed to be the case after yesterday's shock RNS .We will have to see what occurs over the next few weeks

I sold out today. Halved my money so a terrible investment. Always been a jam tomorrow story and failed to deliver. Clearly the loss of KK means more bad news on the way.

We have to assume there is a cunning plan & Lombardier increasing their holding infers that they have been reassured that all is OK & they took advantage of yesterdays mark down .it will be interesting to whether another Holdings RNS will be published tomorrow following the large purchases earlier.

They both have shown they cant do the job, since jack joined the share price has tumbled, kk has done as much as he can and the fleet debacle seriously put the company back. The fund raise price showed no confidence in the current management and many believe kk leaving was a condition of the continued ii support. We were all led to believe there wouldnt be another fund raiser by kk, deadlines and promises broken, lets just hope the remaining oem sign up soon

At the time of the last fundraise it was speculated elsewhere that the decision was already made that KK would be going and it would be earlier than this. No surprise to me at all and I feel this will be good for shareholders longer term.

KK had no presence. But has the business ? Are the contracts coming good. Is that Chysler imbedded operational unit well-recieved? If we've not been duped then maybe we fly . But if we haven't been duped why has he gone . More info needed.Suspect we'll see 4 plus soon.

Something has happened to result in these departures otherwise they would have been announced with the fund raising. Funding comes with commitments and it may be as simple as missing expectations for the number of Guardian units or misreporting of the units or failing to close the deals in a timely fashion.

The reason I suggested financial irregularities is because the acting chairman's background is finance from Deloitte.
