Automatic speed limits planned for all new cars. "Within three years cars sold in Europe will have automatic emergency braking and technology that spots when drivers are drowsy".

In reality all diasppointing ,unless a new & major strategic investor has been tempted to take a significant stake @ 3 p .Director & PDMR take up very poor, apart from Nick ,which is a ray if sunshine.I would have rather our COO bought no shares rather than £3ks worth for his wife.An industry veteran of 20years+ would be able to afford to invest more than that if he believed in our potential-similarly with our FD & our Fleet head bought nada & I presume that he,along with Ken,will be leaving shortly after the fundraise. A low ball bid would not have been acceptable to me last week but now it us as it would end the saga & hopefully leave me with a modest profit ,rather than the life changing amounts that I may have once anticipated. I appreciate that majo. R global companies want to know that a company they may deal with are well funded but it has been handled abysmally ,I am afraid. Ah well -lottery rollover tonite !

Still don’t get why they had to do a fundraiser now - surely would’ve made sense to wait to end June when hopefully some of the Tenders are in.... and the share price would have been higher? It’s either no confidence that the share price would be higher.... or they want to let people on board now.... or they are fending off a low ball.... And why the long window between announcing and issuing.... that’s unusual too.

14005 Fleet keeps the revenue flowing (but not enough) until the big orders kick in. At the moment the deals with FCM BMW etc are for a handful of models only so attract low valuations. As we have seen with Cadillac the one model has been a success so they are putting it in a large number of vehicles going forward. I can see a similar thing happening with the other contracts. SEE are now funded for 15 months with this raise and if the OO is successful it will be 18 months. EU legislation puts pressure on the manufacturers to increase the coverage of models that have our tech so I expect that the expect revenue will only be routed upwards as we move through this year. nestoframpers, snap. I even had the sells accepted and all I had to do was press the button.

Fleet is a massive opportunity too as dms legislation covers all vehicles, we are miles ahead with this, world wide distribution and sales centres, fovio chip is gonna be installed at production level just like cars. It's not all about cars, how many vans do you see on the road? Most small businesses replace every 1,2 or max 3 years which is a great turn over. It will come good I'm sure. It mentions in the report that restructuring is nearly completed

Only hope for this company is being bought by someone else with deep pockets. All very well the contract wins, but its meaningless unless it actually generates revenue and the issue is the revenue will only be generated when manufacturers start buying parts and putting them in cars.

The Chief Finincial Officer. Dips his toe, with a maiden 3 thousand quid in stock. Hope he can sleep at night. Hang on. They're bought for his wife. He has no stock. Should be fine.

Well called scantrader, you made some good money on that short, at least you are open and honest about it rather than those who have to deceive.

I agree that we needed to demonstrate sufficient cash to warrant winning contracts with the majors ,wishful thinking perhaps, but once funding resolved perhaps some larger Auto contracts will be announced.I suspect that subscribers to the placings will be relatively obscure IIs who specialise in high risk tech Cos (eg AIM VCT funds) but it would be comforting to see the emergence of another & more significant strategic investor .I also hope Jack ,Ken etc dig in deep @ 3p & demonstrate their commitment to SEE.I reckon Ken is only CEO as they can’t find a viable alternative & Ryan is not yet ready . I built up the majority of my holding in mid 2017 when our share price was around 3p for some time as did ,I suspect ,many long term holders -so my (paper ) profits have evaporated but I do not intend selling as U still believe that there is potential ,a few months down the line ,for our order book to be substantially larger .I am not sure that another fundraise will be needed as we will have been sold before it is required -giving a very decent exit to The Boys !

Could still be a zero but I've closed my short position here now. Replies to my original posts here were so stupid and hostile that I didn't bother posting here any more, and I expect most of the rampers will have learnt nothing from this disaster.

Absolutely NO confidence left in this company from anyone taking the time to post comments.Profit expectations 4 years into the future are clearly meaningless-even without hedging comments. Annual losses are horrific and actual client wins if any substance a distant memory.Sadly, looks like one for the knackers yard.
