Interesting to note that Little Green Pharma has been performing well since the RNS on 30th June rising from 0.155 to 0.2 today which is 29%.LGP is one of SEED’s larger holdings valued at over £2 million so that would be a meaningful increase in SEED’s NAV.
It’s about time the market started to take notice that our cannabis investments are coming back into fashion.

I agree that liquidation would be the best option for shareholders. The company certainly wouldn't get 7.5p per share for the assets but 4 to 5p might be possible since some of the assets are already in cash. This would mean a 100% plus return from the current share price. Unfortunately, I don't think that liquidation will happen since the directors are making too much money doing nothing.

It’s down here due to sentiment. Nobody trusts the BOD. Ed was talking a £50m mcap before the disastrous sale of Leap. Total lies. The past has lots of shady looking deals to buddies. They’ve brought it on themselves. Liquidation is the only fair option -

Mellon was here long before it was seed and Ffwd. When it was kuala. It was his baby. Wrote the book FFWD about his company FFWD. Then resigned from FFWD when it became a total embarrassment to him. Same as the others now. Worth as much to him at 1p as it is 15p etc.

Proactive Cannabis Article
Proactive have a feature on the major revival this year for Cannabis stocks and SEED gets a mention as the only way into Northern Leaf and it’s possible IPO:

: Cultivating a market

Focused on cannabis in its most natural form, London investors currently have direct access to two cultivators, Celadon and Hellenic Dynamics.

A possible third, Northern Leaf, raised €3mln in funding earlier this year in preparation for a potential London listing and has an application for EU accreditation apparently in the late stages.

Until its floats, investors can currently gain access via SEED Innovations Ltd (AIM:SEED, OTC:FFRIF), an investment company with a portfolio of holdings in cannabis and CBD firms.

London-headquartered Celadon grows medical cannabis from an indoor hydroponic facility, which is thought to be the first to gain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for cannabis high in delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) from the UK medical regulator since the legalisation of medical cannabis.

Any investors around the turn of the year have enjoyed significant rewards, with the shares tripling after the grower gained approval for the commercial sale of its product in March.”

You do realise that the likes of Peter Saladino who was conned into buying Lornes shares for 17p a pop, now has shares which are worth the same amount to him at this level as they would be at 17p - a figure that will probably never be seen again. 17p a share he gets his £2m back - 1p a share he writes off £2m against liabilities . A wealthy man would probably cash them in when other investments held are realised - He will now realise that 17p is unlikely, so will probably sell when he cashes in on one of his winners.
NAV is lower than it was over 7 years back.
This has been an absolute sack of shyte

Interesting to note that these long term shareholders some of whom paid over 15p are still sharing our pain:
Investors: Number of Percentage of Share
Ordinary Shares Capital
Peter Saladino 17,194,590 8.08%
Jim Mellon 14,783,722 6.95%
Norbert Teufelberger 7,205,005 3.39%
Richard Hackett 7,122,952 3.35%

The decks are clear all the bad news is out there and written off. The remaining investments look promising and SEED has £2.5 million in the bank. Ed now has skin in the game with a2.2% shareholding. It is now time for the Board to earn their salaries, invest the cash wisely and address the problem of the massive discount to NAV. Perhaps they could commit that if they haven’t got the discount down to below 20% in the next 12 months, they will distribute the second Payment from Leap circa £2.5 million to shareholders as a special dividend.

According to the final results, nav has now fallen to 7.54p. With running costs of the company at about 750k a year, I expect the nav to keep grinding down steadily in future years. This company increasingly looks like a lifestyle company for the directors who pocket large salaries for mismanaging the company.

Well said 888, this share is so undervalued now, it's just a matter of time before this turns around. At NAV around 8p there's a lot of upside potential that's yet to be unlocked. Even that NAV is probably a fair bit lower than reality given the increasing potential showing in the Cannabis sector right now. I reckon patience will intimately pay off here, it's surely been a long painful wait up to now though.

As Ed said in his last interview the discount to NAV is absolutely ridiculous. The last reported NAV was over £16 million against a current Market Cap of £4.15 million. The value of the largest investment Avextra was £4.4 Million when valued last year and with recent announcements is likely higher now. That single investment is valued higher than the current Market cap. SEED has recently received £2.5 million cash with the same again in a years time. Cannabis stocks are coming back into favour. This has to start to rerate as even Ed is now at a loss on his purchases of shares.

Doggo saying on LSE that they don't need to RNS before buyback. Yes they do, they closed the buy back years back and need to announce a new one. He's always wrong - he also said £50 a share by 2020 for Seed.....lol
