23/1/2019 07:27 | Michael Beys, Chairman of the Board of SPDI, said: "This is a transformational and value-generating event for SPDI's shareholders. Yes it looks like it. Nice one Michael. Idiot. | orinocor
16/1/2019 13:16 | I vote to liquidate this rubbish. What is the point of being quoted. Just a salvage operation. | russman
15/1/2019 11:36 | Read Ancona last Annual Report. Why dont SPDI sell "it" for a loan note, say 12% p.a Ancona is worthless to me. | russman
08/1/2019 12:03 | A new advisory committee; formed from the Bod. Wonder what their advice will be. | russman
19/12/2018 13:32 | I warned about this one yesterday and those that bought in yesterday morning have already lost half their investment. It is virtually untradeable when you come to sell. | callumross
18/12/2018 12:18 | Non greek portfolio sold for 29m EUR. Valued at 36m EUR in the last accounts. Distributing share proceeds in obscure Euronext fund to shareholders. Why bother. | russman
18/12/2018 10:12 | Avoid like the plague! I once held these and buying them is the easy bit but trying to sell is almost impossible. Anyone buying is also going to get shares in a company listed on an Amsterdam secondary exchange. How many investors have a broker who will deal in these markets. | callumross
18/12/2018 09:54 | First quarter next year. Read the rns. | babbler
18/12/2018 09:38 | Tiny market cap, rarely trades. Also - yes, a great RNS this morning, but - where's the dough? ie when do shareholders actually see anything back? | spectoacc
18/12/2018 09:04 | One buy raises it by 1p. 1 sell drops it. Must be low freefloat? | babbler
18/12/2018 09:01 | What puts me off is a 10k sale getting just 11p when 12-15p spread after buys at 14p Looks like a mm rip off stock | dave4545
18/12/2018 08:58 | Hmmm... Guess 52 week high putting somw off. Been away from nav for ages but this is huge news? | babbler
18/12/2018 08:54 | wakey wakey | brwo349
18/12/2018 08:54 | Michael Beys, Chairman of the Board of SPDI, said: "This is a transformational and value-generating event for SPDI's shareholders. In previous releases we have spoken of the huge disconnect that has opened up between the underlying value of our assets and our market valuation. The value of the Transaction, which covers just our non-Greek assets, demonstrates just by how much our EUR14 million market valuation has lagged the value of our portfolio. Even more so when the EUR4.9 million NAV assigned to our Victini (ex GED) Logistics centre, in Athens Greece, which is 100% let to Kuehne & Nagel, is added. By joining forces with a well-managed cash generating property company present in Central Eastern Europe, we take a major step closer to achieving the critical size necessary for the company to flourish, and providing our shareholders the opportunity to be part of such a growth and success story." | brwo349
18/12/2018 08:29 | Why so cheap here? | babbler
04/10/2018 08:26 | Don't know what Lambros is talking about. FY2017 was a net loss. | russman
09/7/2018 19:20 | Like SPPC? | spectoacc
09/7/2018 17:54 | Worry about things you can control. Not this rubbish. | russman
09/7/2018 15:04 | Thank you @Russman, but their SEDOL is Euros, ie DI, ie Ords are Euros not Sterling. Not sure why that then leads to a Sterling quote. Take anything similar (eg CATC, CAT), both $ DI, quoted in $, trade in $, automatically converted to Sterling when making a trade through broker. Hence tend to take a double hit - TD particularly bad for their exchange rates. But perhaps it's a quirk of Euro DI's I've not noticed before. Other $ Ords (eg JPEL) also listed in $, trade in $, converted by broker to Sterling at whatever exchange rate they happen to have in operation at the time. However, the only other Euro DI I can think of off the top of my head (EAT) is also seemingly quoted in pence, not Euro cents. And if it's an EU thing, does it remain the same after Brexit. Someone will know the answer. | spectoacc
09/7/2018 14:24 | The quote is stg pennies. The results are in EUR. | russman
01/7/2018 07:06 | @Russman - can you answer my question please? | spectoacc
30/6/2018 12:34 | If you do not understand that; you are in the wrong game. Results are complete rubbish.Lambros still says spdi will be major player.Dream on. | russman
27/6/2018 07:13 | Question - quoted in Euros, trades in Euros, so 11-13 is E11.00 - E13.00. Yet how come it seems to trade in pence? ie 10,000 shares at 11.4p is £1,140, not 11,400 Euros. | spectoacc
26/6/2018 12:09 | Just bought 10k, even though ADVFN showing it as a sell. Will top up after results provided they still show trading at less than one third of NAV | callumross
25/6/2018 11:23 | Well figures have to be out this week. | russman |
