In lieu of fees, advisers have accepted payment at 34p per share.
Compared to the market price, this is very generous.
The non-execs have been waiting since 2015.
Is this 2015 correct.

Lambros G. Anagnostopoulos, Chief Executive Officer, said, "As with all our core income producing assets, which include logistics terminals in Athens and Bucharest, offices in Bucharest, as well as a retail Big Box property in Craiova, Romania, the Innovations Park is prime real estate with an excellent location in the capital city of a fast-growing and/or strategically important European Union economy.

"At €300,000 per annum, today's lease agreement with Aquila increases the Company's current net rental income by almost 10% and in our view it also demonstrates the quality of our asset base. As at 30 June 2016, the Company's Net Asset Value stood at more than €41 million, which is almost two and half times our current market capitalisation, even after the profitable sale of Terminal Brovary in January earlier this year. As we focus on transforming SPDI into the leading London listed property company focused on selected South East European countries, we expect to see the wide discount between our market capitalisation and our net asset value narrow."

The same Directors who could not rake up a few million euros to stave off a default on one of their amazing purchases.

On the way down true - when they btm & turn - not true
Curious on your explanation of why a group of dirs would buy a default?
And wasnt there similar BB terminal moaning from losing investors on other total dog ITs like CDI, MPO etc before they bounced? CDI up 30% MPO up 70%?

Not exactly large purchases.
A default does not help their valuation.

Dunno - but chart is basing & a large group of directors wouldn't have bought if they didn't think it was sorted somehow.
They would have better knowledge of future projections on valuations & planned liquidations.

Beaufort securities just released an email note - target price 34p, sayiong it should trade at NAV rather than the 0.63x currently.
Estimates gearing of just 53% at y'end FY2017 giuven the highly experienced management teams current re-shaping of the portfolio with FY17E likely to be representative of future trends
